CivitBuild is a specialized construction software designed to streamline and enhance project management for construction firms, including general contractors, developers, and subcontractors. Built to centralize operations, it enables real-time communication and data sharing across construction sites, branch offices, and headquarters, promoting agile decision-making and efficiency.

We’re still in the testing process, and we haven’t released the product on the market yet, so we can’t really say much about measurable outcomes. However, the third-party consultants that we’ve hired to judge the platform's performance have given positive feedback.

We are happy with the lead designers & mid level designers. The team was willing to invest time, effort and intent into the product, and that’s why the outcome was good. The time of deliverability was bang-on, and the reason behind this was Yellow Slice, which has a lot of experience working with soft tech businesses, so they have developed expertise in the field.

The Yellow Slice team is a mix of young and seasoned professionals, which is why they can think outside the box and come up with revolutionary ideas. They understand the harmony of working in a team; we never saw them pointing fingers at each other. They worked with complete dedication and took full ownership of their actions.

The team sometimes failed to understand the scale of the product. Initially, the timelines were a little off, but once they understood what they were up against, they delivered everything on time. Between the UI and UX teams, we were extremely happy with the UX team.

We haven’t launched the product yet, so the impact will be visible post-launch. However, from a project perspective, the delivery speed and turnaround time were very impressive. We’re aiming for a January launch, and based on the progress so far, we’re quite optimistic. We will reach out to you by then to see if there is any support and also to give you feedback on the progress.

The project was managed well. Deliverables were shared promptly, and the team quickly understood our requirements. The UI team really outdid themselves; they grasped the brief perfectly and executed it with precision.

The process and handover was very smooth. The UX team stood out. Anthony and his team were always ready with bright, creative ideas for problem-solving. They were resourceful and proactive, bringing a lot of value to the table during discussions.

The UI presentation could have been a bit more engaging. More attention to how the designs were presented would have elevated the overall experience even further.

Yellow Slice designers delivered the project on time despite the tight project timeline. There were in-between calls and daily updates at every step of the process.

To improve the overall user experience, increase the number of people signing up to be POSp, and simplify the entire journey for POSps.

The project management, led by multiple team leaders, was highly effective and commendable. The best part was the quick availability of the team and their prompt response to scheduling calls which demonstrated a proactive and responsive approach to meeting our needs.

What stood out most was their meticulous documentation process. Every conversation, even a brief 5-minute call, was promptly summarized with MOM sent to us.

One area for improvement could be enhancing the research during the design phase, there was an expectation for more proactive sharing of references which was not met.
