Almost 3 months have passed since the app was launched in July, before Ganpati festival, and the registration has increased. There are metrics which significantly got increased but we are still measuring and will share soon,

We feel the project management was in good hands, and the response time was excellent and quick. The designers were knowledgeable, and they knew what they were doing.

In Fintech projects, user research is very difficult because people hesitate to share how many assets they hold. Yellow Slice took a good two months but did their research really well by conducting it anonymously. Research part is really helping us till date, very effective for us.

The UI team could have improved their performance, but overall, we are happy with our experience after working with Yellow Slice.

This is a concept project, a product like this doesn’t exist in the market at the moment. We are trying to build an application that can help users remember people and crucial parts of their conversations with ease. We have started the development process and are waiting for their feedback. The plan right now is to target people who want to leverage a subscription model for different OTT Platforms.

I liked that it was a collaborative process. We worked together to ideate and see how the solutions would solve the problem statement I had. The project management was really supportive.

Kishor has built a structure where his designers understand each partner's peculiarities. So it felt like the designers were a replica of Kishor as far as design was concerned. Thus, there was less back-and-forth or revision of the design.

So far, no. I am satisfied with it.

The team is very customer-centric; they were attentive to what I wanted. I love their culture, how they uphold their value in their work, and their engagement with me throughout the duration of my project. It took time to get used to and comfortable with the project, but their willingness and effort to adapt quickly kept me going.

The customer service was well thought out, and I loved the handover from the UX to UI team to the development team and the collaboration among the designers.

Corporate and Marketing Website Design and UX writing for both desktop and mobile version. We wanted a website that incorporates more functions and features.

Since Cash Invoice is a B2B Platform, our success metric is based on the satisfaction of Investors and businesses. To start with, the investor was pleased with the new design; we could feel the enthusiasm and eagerness to move forward with the funding. We hope this will attract more investors and businesses, so this is an indication that the design was successful.

Overall, I’d say they were ready to attend to me; however, it was a bit later than expected due to little issues like iterations. Communication between the team was good but they could enhance more.

Their designers are real experts — they were creative enough to make my project unique. It was a job well done. They were also ready to learn and take feedback positively; it made the whole experience much more positive.

I feel like the time spent on back-and-forths can be reduced, and iteration should be a little faster. The project manager presence could be helpful.

Key Deliverables

We’re very proud that Feltive was one of the five startups selected to demonstrate their solutions and applications at FICCI Frames 2024, a massive media and entertainment event held in March. We presented Feltive in an open forum and received positive feedback.

It took time, for sure, quite a few iterations from a design perspective and from an understanding and knowledge perspective. But the team eventually got it, and they did a good job. I believe you need the founders to get things right; that is my experience. The team always does a great job, for sure, but to get things in direction, channel the thoughts, and understand the domain, the founders' involvement is always important and critical. And here, to some extent, Kishor was available whenever there was a need.

I liked the passion they brought to the work.
