They began by doing a site audit and determined what our problem areas were. Once we figured that out, they started working on finding keywords, backlinks, tags and more to help improve or organic listings. They also did a deep dive into our PPC and worked out a strategy to take us to the next level there as well.

Our keyword rankings jumped quite a bit making us appear largely on the first or second pages of Google, where before we were not showing up as often or highly-ranked as we’d like to.

We meet monthly with their team to see what’s going on and what the next steps are. If a problem arises, we email our project manager and they resolve it - usually within the same day.

We've gathered a ton of insightful information on our email marketing, gaining a better understanding of what's working and what could be improved, as well as learning how to engage a larger audience on social media and various ways to keep people coming back for more of our content, case studies, etc.

Their project management workflow has been really fluid and helpful. We can be a little quick to act at times due to our hectic and fluctuating schedules, but they're always responsive and on top of tasks and requests, no matter what time of day.

Their flexibility is incredible. Despite having a busy client roster, they always made us feel special and important. Not like a number, but as if our needs and expectations were always taken seriously.
