encite and the TCR team collaborated to identify a strategy to find candidates for our CNA, Medical Assisting, Barbering, and Cosmetology instructor openings. After working with encite, we decided to develop a series of Meta ads that focused on our geographic area and placed those ads in front of potential candidates that had the qualifications for the positions.

The ads linked directly to the job application on our district’s website. The measurable outcomes were how many applications received and we received enough to set up interviews and fill the position.

encite is very easy to work with. They are very open, candid and communicate well. We typically have some tight deadlines and they deliver those well. Whenever we email them, they typically respond within 24 hours. In addition, we set up biweekly meetings so we can communicate with them consistently.

They are a great team. They help explain strategies and concepts that the TCR team may not be familiar with. They are also very transparent on the numbers from the campaigns and suggest great revisions or pivots based on that data.

I don’t think we would suggest any improvements. We are very pleased with the working relationship and outcomes of our campaigns.

Encite's deliverables were to develop the artwork for an ad we wanted to put onMeta to drive inquiries into our job openings. They worked with us on copy fromthe copy we wrote for the job descriptions. They also managed the campaign onthe Meta platform and reported back to us on the data from the campaign.

The ads encite created and managed sent applicants directly to the application on our district’s website. They measured how many applications were received and we received some great candidates and we set up interviews to fill the positions.

Encite delivered on time. In fact, we here at TCR have some tight deadlines, and they jump right on the project. They are very communicative and give us great feedback. They share the data openly and transparently so we can get the best results possible. Whenever we email them, they respond very fast, which is key. We also have biweekly meetings so we can review the campaigns together.

Encite has a wonderful team. They walk us through what strategies and creative that the TCR team may not be familiar with. They are also very candid about the data from the ads and suggest great changes based on that data.

We enlisted encite to develop a printed marketing piece that we can use to hand out at meetings and events. The brochure was a capabilities piece that communicated our mission while detailing how businesses or residents could engage with our organization.

The success of the project is already evident. We have presented the piece to other members of the board of directors and they all are happy with the direction of the design.

I serve as the President of the Denver North Business Association. This group is an inclusive collective of businesses, entrepreneurs, nonprofits and residents dedicated to empower every company, organization and individual to achieve more, all while preserving the character and values the at have shaped our neighborhoods.

We hired Encite for a full rebranding initiative of our business association. The goal was to determine what marketing elements should be changed and then for Encite to create new tangible resources.

We placed a RFP to the local community and heard from 6 groups interested in working with us. Due to a wonderful presentation, professionalism and a fit with our values, we decided to choose Encite to take on this project.

We asked the finalists to present to our group either through in-person or via a virtual presentation. Adam and his team at Encite prepared very well and customized the scope of their work for our association. They stood out from the rest. A new name, logo, video, mission and other marketing elements were created.

We collaborated with encite to produce social media content, and they helped us create artwork for our emails and digital invites that fit our brand. We needed someone to provide us with artwork, specifically for our emails and digital event assets. Additionally, we needed someone to act as a consultant for us in terms of social media content.

They were always responsive -emailing, providing status updates, easy to schedule with. They understood our organization and audience very well. Overall, we were 100% satisfied with their work, and they exceeded our expectations.

They always delivered items on time and were amenable to revisions and provided a quick turn around time. They always met our needs even when they were ever-changing. They had a good project management process, and they took a lot of initiative during our engagement. We communicated over email and phone, and scheduled calls with them whenever necessary.

The team was extremely accommodating, responsive, produced high-quality work, and understood our goals and needs. They demonstrate a wonderful “can-do” kind of attitude. We were impressed by their responsiveness, and the quality of work they deliver.
