We needed support with the development of our blockchain-powered website, which allows the sale of charter and yachts through the use of NFT tokens.

Tech Alchemy has done the initial scoping and discovery phase of the project, including competitor research, technical feasibility, and technical scoping. Once that was completed, Tech Alchemy ran the build of the site on the backend and frontend. The team has built a blockchain-powered marketplace that includes the ability to list and sell weeks of charter directly from owners. They’ve also built a trading functionality so that users can buy and sell weeks of charter in an open marketplace that they’ve already bought. Moreover, Tech Alchemy has built the backend NFT integration and blockchain integration to ensure that all sales and weeks of charter are tracked on-chain.

We found them through an online search. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, were close to our geographic location, had a great culture fit, and offered good value for the cost.

We started working together in April 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

Tech Alchemy has delivered all sprints and deliverables as per the agreed project plan on time and on budget. Key deliverables have included the integration of base functionality on the backend for the use of NFTs, which has been delivered on time per the recommendations provided by Tech Alchemy. The team has also created all the functionality for the marketplace, including the ability to list, sell, and purchase yachts and weeks of charter.

Tech Alchemy’s project management has been excellent. They’ve given us clear timelines and set clear deliverables and expectations from the outset, which have been consistently met according to the plan. We’ve communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

Our team, at least initially, was new to the NFT space, and Tech Alchemy has been extremely effective at guiding us through the development process, educating us where needed, and explaining things clearly in a helpful manner.

KeyTu is designed to onboard mentors, enagage young people and facilitae the matching process and subsequent mentoring relationships to flourish and impact. Sequential development is based on one component shaping the final specification detail of the next. All subject to ongoing user engagement, loading, review and results achieved.

TechAlchemy played a pivotal role in developing our staking platform, handling everything from the ground up. They planned out and developed the smart contracts, ensuring the foundation was secure and efficient. On the development front, they built a cool looking front end using Angular and a back end in Node.js, providing solid user experience and robust performance.They helped conduct extensive load testing which ensured the platform could handle high traffic, and they assisted in sourcing penetration testing to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.

The results from the staking platform were super impressive. We saw a quick uptick in users, with thousands jumping in to stake their tokens on day 1 in the private soft launch which was great to see. The smart contracts worked brilliantly, handling loads of transactions smoothly.

TechAlchemy's project management was really great. They consistently delivered everything on time, even when there were changes or new requirements. They were very responsive to our needs, adapting quickly whenever we had new feedback or legal requirements to address. Communication was good too, and they kept us in the loop throughout the entire process, making sure we were satisfied every step of the way. Their proactive approach and attention to detail made the whole experience smooth.

They didn't just focus on the technical aspects; they brought creativity, enthusiasm, and a real sense of partnership to the table. One thing we noticed with TechAlchemy was that it took a bit longer to get into the development phase because of the extensive discovery phase they led us through. At first, this felt like a delay, but in hindsight, it was absolutely worth it. The time spent upfront really ensured that the platform aligned perfectly with our users' needs. Without that thorough discovery process, we likely wouldn't have hit the mark as well as we did with the final product.

The initial design of my idea was done wonderfully. The Product Owners really knew their stuff and what I appreciated about working with TA is they understood my end goal, and found better ways to achieving the customer experience by desigining the product better

Tons of visibility. Sprint format with direct access to my main point of contact anytime I needed an update or had questions. Sprints were all generally done ontime and lots of visibility into what was being worked on and why.

P2E web3 game company

Our P&E web3 game includes production and release of multiple apps within the same ecosystem. Players are onboarded via an easy process and enjoy climbing the leaderboards while automatically collecting rewards in our native token and interacting in an active community. Our apps are running ona fraud protected backend system and on-chain transactions are enabled on our web portal (homepage).

Tech Alchemy has supported our P&E web3 game project with great care and high delivery quality. From game ideation to production and building the complete ecosystem for user onboarding, fraud prevention, backend support and payment systems they delivered in our full satisfaction.
