We worked with Tech Alchemy to explore and get robust consultancy for an initial coin offering (ICO). We also worked with Tech Alchemy to supplement the capacity of our development team, particularly in the area of blockchain development for our B2B supply chain mapping (SaaS) platform as well as our D2C (PaaS) platform.

Developed the full ICO strategy on behalf of our company. Scoped and worked on the core infrastructure using Typescript, Javascript and WebGL for our geospatial data mapping platform.

We met with their CTO who walked us through their timeline for delivery at the very outset. There was a dedicated project manager and the founder and CEO directly met and communicated with us to keep us updated on developments. They continuously responded to our needs.

Equally, they built with minimal reliance, considering easy adoption by our developers when selecting a tech stack.

I came to tech alchemy with a vision of what I wanted to build. Their team helped me with competitor analysis, target audience analysis, feature scoping, sprint planning and running. They did full service development on the web2 elements of the product (in-app functionality) and all elements of the blockchain development.

Proof of concept product and MVP were built within the desired timeframe. Product was built without bugs or performance issues. Assisted in achieving $6m target ICO raise. App approved for appstore and google play store. Project did not exceed budget which i had initially feared.

MVP and POC were delivered on time. Weekly check-ins were adhered to and the project manager came prepared with pre-agreed action items. When Tech Alchemy had to reschedule a call they were able to reschedule it for the next day. Any items they could not complete in a sprint were caught up in following sprints which meant the MVP and POC deadline was not missed.

They were not afraid to challenge me on my preconceived notions and gut instincts. It took me a little while to get used to but its a credit to their product and industry expertise and I really think has resulted in a better product.This was not something I expected but shows they view this as a partnership rather than simple client fulfilment. Working with them was such a pleasure.

I'm an early riser. It would have been great if the team were able to acommodate this with early morning calls. That said, I understand people have out-of-work obligations before 8.30am.

Tech Alchemy is our primary developing partner, as they provide us with coding services on the already existing platform so we can incorporate blockchain technology.

We hired Tech Alchemy to help us build a custom web app that allowed us to trigger and multi-sign blockchain transactions.

We were searching for the best partners to help us create some bespoke blockchain solutions and found their experience and understanding of the space second to none. We appreciated their experience working with startups to help them succeed in the long run.

In our kick-of meeting we explained our specific needs and they laid out the plan and milestones for completion. They then went into R&D mode to confirm the timeframe and cost scope for the project. After that it was all work on their side and we were kept up to date weekly on the progress that was being made. At the end of the project our app was fully functional and deployed on our AWS servers.

We had a product manager and 2 blockchain devs working with us throughout the entire project.

The outcome of the project was that we were able to continue with a core business functionality and were mitigated from future risk.
