DMR, a British heritage brand, fine jewellery designer & retailer of luxury watches prides itslef on the in-store experience offered to clients. Hosted on a dated WooCommerce/WordPress CMS, our website required a much-needed redesign and refresh to reflect the look and feel and overall customer journey clients can expect when walking into a DMR showroom.

Increased web traffic, increase in online orders, increased online enquiries and in-store appointment bookings. Too early to measure given the 16th January 2026 go live date.

Project management was clear throughout the design and build phase. Lisa was always available over email,phone and virtual calls. The project was delivered on time despite the timescale set out (6-8 weeks).

From day one, the Superco team was very attentive and showed a willingness to travel up to the DMR showroom in Liverpool during the first week of the project. By doing this, they were able to gain a better understanding of DMR as a business and the requirements for the new website.

Sometimes it was tricky for some members of our team to onboard with required systems for project(figma/google docs etc) but this was more of a lacking on our side. Maybe also offering pdf/docs as an option might help with less technically able clients

We partnered with Superco to deliver an aesthetically pleasing, high converting e-commerce website for the launch of our brand Monsters We Make. This included front-end design, shipping model optimization and app integrations. The most complex part of the project was building an e-reader from scratch enabling users to read Vol. 1 immediately after purchase.

Ongoing communication with the Superco team was great and they were very flexible with regard to our needs (which changed from initial scope to final delivery) as well as post-launch troubleshooting, which really helped our small team navigate some challenges. The website launched in mid-Dec 2024 and experienced huge traffic and sales within hours from launch and it was great to see the site perform and customers transact at scale without issues.

On time delivery, great communication throughout and very responsive to our needs.

Willingness for the founders / owners to interact with us through multipe timezones, often late night calls pre and post launch to ensure everything went smoothly.
