Our paid marketing efforts were previously done inhouse and poorly withh accounts deleted amongst other things. SOUP was brought on in September 2024 to build everything from the ground up. They rebuilt our accounts 'correctly' and started generated results like we had never had before, incrementally increasing MoM. The deliverables we set were to increase new contacts, booked calls and Annual membership sales. In January we set specific KPI's to hit which were either 50% or 100% more then the previous Qrt's results. I had set the expectation for us to hit these new KPI's be end of calander year but the high achievers at SOUP decided to go ahead and hit majortiy of the grouped KPI's in this Qtr (Jan-March 2025).
