I’m the head of marketing for sales & distribution for an insurance provider.

We have an annual recognition event for top achievers from our sales group. We needed elements created for a webinar, including video production and design work.

Six Degrees Productions handled the design of the invitation, the certificates we handed out, and really everything related to the look and feel of the event.

There were between six and seven key people we interacted with for the project.

Our head of marketing recommended them. We included them in the pitch process, and they were selected.

We spent between $50,000 - $100,000.

We worked together from April 2019 – August 2020. We worked with them on the same event last year, where they produced the same deliverables.

There were challenges due to working with Zoom calls, which were occasionally dropped. They set up, and redid those appointments to ensure top quality work. They are outstanding, with great attention to detail and quality. We’re very pleased.

Six Degrees Productions entirely handled the management of the project, so I was a bit removed from the day-to-day. However, any time I called them, they were able to give a very current update. Their communication is very clear, and transparent.

Harvest for Hope Sociiety of BC needed a service provider who could help us plan, design, and develop a website that clearly communicates our mission and work, while also offering opportunities for community engagement through volunteering and donations. Six degrees created a short event reel for our annual flagship conference, Vision!

Six Degrees was the onsite videography specialists for BCAMA's annual flagship conference, Vision. The team was phenomenal to work with from start to finish. They were timely and well organized. They took our vision in developing a shotlist, the videographers and team on site were very professional and needed little guidance on site, allowing me to focus on other elements of the event. The overall process was seamless and the end results were exactly what we were looking for. Would highly recommend!

The team was very timely. They pre-planned all elements of the shoot and video editing ahead of time and we recieved the final reel in a timely manner.

What stood out to me about the team was that they were more organized than other videographers that I've used in the past. We had our postproduction graphics and music finalized before the event even took place.

Lee-Anne excelled in project management, maintaining superb communication throughout, and I never had to follow up for answers. All three animations were delivered promptly and in line with expectations. Her team demonstrated remarkable dedication to ensuring the videos were on-brand and effectively conveyed the essence of Pursuit Hospitality.

The animated videos they created encapsulated the essence of being a Pursuit Team Member, embodying world-class hospitality. They produced on-brand and relatable content, skillfully integrating numerous of our hospitality establishments, enabling our team to resonate with the videos on a personal level.

Regarding the scripting process, we acknowledge that we were working within a tight timeline, which was entirely our responsibility. It would have been beneficial to have a conversation with the scriptwriter to effectively convey our thoughts and engage in a collaborative discussion on ideas, rather than undergoing multiple iterations with numerous script revisions.

I’m the office manager and executive assistant to the president at Turnbull Construction Project Managers, a project management services company.

We needed help with video production.

Six Degrees Productions did three recruitment videos for us; the videos were 2–3 minutes long. We did the shoots in August and completed the editing and reshooting of one video in November. They helped prepare and plan the videos and gave us advice. They also interviewed the staff and handled all the video editing and audio mixing.

We had someone to guide us through the process, an editor, and a director.

Their shoots were well-organized, and they were always on time. Six Degrees Productions helped direct the staff when they needed help, and they stayed within budget. When we went over budget, it was because we required them to do an extra video. However, they were upfront about everything.

The collaboration was excellent; they were incredibly organized. Moreover, their videos were high-quality. We were satisfied with their work.
