I work at one of the division of a travel arrangements company. I am the Director of People Operations.

We have several assets and equipments that we move between multiple locations and it was becoming hard to track all of them.We decided to build a mobile and web platform to track this.

I knew Simpalm through a referral and reached out to them to get the proposal. I had two other proposal. We found their proposal, team and price to be the best and selected them.

They did the UIUX design, developed iOS App, Android App, Web Interface and Backend API. They used react native for mobile apps.

We had a project manager, one designer, 4 software developers and a QA.

We launched the platform 6 months ago and now it is being used by 300 of our employees. It has solved the problem of tracking assets.

Their project managers were based in USA, one of them was very familiar with the skiing business so it made easier to communicate our requirements. They used Jira, Email and Zoom for communication.

They were very detail-oriented in the discovery and design process. They conducted several sessions with our stakeholders and created a design that covers all user flows and requirements.

I can not think of any right now, if they had a PM in Colorado, that would have been great.

Simpalm handled the full prototype. They made the screens, the layout, the buttons, everything. They built a demo of the main features like the wellness tracker, the Five Cogs assessment, and a simple progress dashboard. They also helped match the colors and style to our brand. It wasn’t a full app yet, but it showed the flow and how the ideas would work.

The prototype helped us a lot. It made it easier to talk to HR leaders and possible partners. When they saw it, they understood our idea right away. Everyone said it looked clean and clear, and it helped us explain the value of the system. It’s not hooked up to real data yet, but it has sample flows and that was enough for what we needed. We feel it moved our project forward in a big way.

They stayed in touch the whole time. We emailed most days and had weekly calls. Anytime we had questions or changes, they handled them fast. Some things took longer because we changed our minds a few times, but that was on our side, not theirs. They stayed on schedule and were patient with us.

The value for the price stood out to me. They were honest, clear, and easy to talk to. I’m not a tech person, so a lot of the app terms were new to me, but they explained everything in a simple way. I felt supported the whole time, and they made the process less stressful.

They handled all the frontend development and design. We shared our docs and held some meetings to plan things out. Their designer helped polish a few parts, which made the app look and feel better. The app uses AWS, JavaScript, and MySQL and helps people manage privacy and finances.

They met every deadline we set and built everything the way we asked. Even when we added features later, they adjusted without slowing down. The app works great and looks clean.

Their team managed the project well. We used Jira and stayed in touch through Zoom and Slack. They always kept us updated and were quick to respond when we needed something.

Simpalm built a mobile app for both iOS and Android. On the customer side, people can shop, manage subscriptions, track deliveries, and learn about the products. On our side, we can manage inventory, push offers, and see customer activity. We gave them the idea and goals, and they handled the full build, design, and launch. They still help us with updates and new features.

The app launched on time and is already being used by our customers. It has reduced the number of support requests by 50% since people can do more on their own. We also saw an increase in subscription renewals by 20% and repeat orders. It’s helping us grow loyalty and improve customer experience. We already have achieved 50% ROI in first three months.

Simpalm was engaged to redesign, develop, and deploy the refreshed Green Threads website, delivering a full end-to-end solution from discovery through launch.
