From wireframe to production: Simpalm helped bring our mobile app to life which included:

I was assigned a project manager, with whom I scheduled meetings one to two times per week. The manager was also available to address issues as needed and was generally accommodating when I wanted to meet. Deliverables were provided in a reasonable timeframe, with minor delays occurring only for small tweaks or fixes.

They were willing to make adjustments to current app features and work with me on the fly as we continued to test.

At times, there were periods when I did not receive timely updates on progress or issues with the app.

Simpalm built a custom booking platform for our startup. They started with wireframes, then built the web system and a mobile app that connects with it. They also worked on the backend stuff like the database, infrastructure, and content. We still work with them now to keep the system updated and running smooth.

They helped us to launch the product for our startup successfully. Without it, we couldn’t do what we do today. We couldn’t find anything off-the-shelf that did what we needed, so they built it from scratch for us. It's fast, it works, and our team uses it every day.

They were on top of everything. We used Basecamp to track work and stayed in touch daily through email. We also had weekly calls. They listened, adjusted when needed, and hit all the key dates.

They didn’t try to sell me something right away. They just listened, and that’s rare. They really tried to understand what we needed and they built to that, not just what they were used to doing.

Maybe some faster tweaks after launch, but overall they did a great job.

Simpalm made an iOS app for us since our drivers have iPhone devices, where our team can log in and book trucks. It keeps track of what’s already booked and helps avoid confusion. We also asked them to start working on another version for public use so clients can book trucks too.

Once we started using the iOS app, we were able to use all our trucks and drivers better. There were no mixups and no wasted trips. We’re seeing better results and less downtime. We’re now doing more work with the same people and trucks. Second app for public use is still being built.

They were very easy to work with. They always answered questions and made changes fast. They understood what we needed and gave us good ideas too. Things were delivered on time.

They care about the work. They didn’t just build what we said, but also helped us think through things. They were part of the team and wanted to get it right. That meant a lot.

Simpalm first tackled our website’s front-end redesign, using our previous design as a reference but ultimately creating something fresh and intuitive. They streamlined navigation, refined our visuals, and ensured everything worked seamlessly on mobile. Beyond that, they helped redesign our marketing assets, things like email templates, social media graphics, and even some educational materials for our customers. They used tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud to bring it all together.

Our website not only looked better, but it also performed better. Customers found it easier to navigate, and we saw a noticeable increase in engagement. Parents told us they loved the clear, science-backed visuals, and the updated branding made us feel more aligned with our mission. Even small things, like the redesigned email templates, made a big difference in how professional and approachable our brand felt.

We had regular check-ins, and they were always on top of deadlines. They handled our feedback well, even when we were super picky about small details. Most of our communication was through Slack and email, but we had a few video calls to go over design iterations, and they were always responsive and open to collaboration.
