We worked with Satva to create an SDK integration into our Agency Mangement System, along with a website that updated records in the system upon spreadsheet upload.

I’m the IT director for the Institute for Global Health and Infectious Diseases (IGHID). We conduct large-scale clinical research worldwide, most often in low-resource settings. Our goal is to advance in terms of finding a cure for infectious diseases with local outcomes and global health outreach.

Our main challenge was to reduce the number of duplicate participant enrollments. We also wanted to eliminate multiple fraudulent occurrences in the system and prevent redundant payments to the participants. Additionally, we wanted to ensure we had a clean data set for global research standards.

SATVA Softech provided custom software development for us. We initially presented our problem to them, and we discussed what would be a good solution. The team created a healthcare solution from scratch to ensure we met all of our objectives in a timely manner. SATVA Softech also helped us streamline patient outcomes and registration across multiple trials.

We worked with 10–15 teammates from SATVA Softech, including a project manager, a lead developer, and a lead customer success manager. We also worked with other developers, solution architects, and a QA engineer.

We found them through a professional referral. SATVA Softech was a good fit for us and had good value for the cost. They had a very strong technical team and knowledge. The team was also very flexible in terms of timelines and working with us to meet with our team and discuss all types of things.

We started our engagement in October 2024, and they delivered the product in May 2025.

Our duplicate registrations dropped by over 98%. We also eliminated almost all of the fraud and issues we were having with enrollments and compensation. Our annual enrollment numbers and visits went up across all the sites, and we saw a 15%–25% increase in enrollment.

SATVA Softech’s team was outstanding. Their communication was great, which was one of their strongest suits. The team was very easy to communicate with and handled issues proactively. Despite all the challenges, they were able to meet tight deadlines.

Based on their experience, SATVA Softech was able to provide real-world solutions, especially for areas with constrained resources. They provided us with an enterprise-grade platform. The team worked with us as partners, not just clients, so there was a personal touch to the way they did things with us.

SATVA Softech developed our app’s first and second versions. The team also created the wireframes and prototypes. Regarding features, the app had a Tinder-style swipe left and right to exchange clothes, a subscription function, an in-app messaging feature, and a function to save liked clothes. SATVA Softech also created a dashboard to track our impact and an explore page for pre-loved items. Moreover, the team provided maintenance, changes, and testing.

Someone referred SATVA Softech to me. I initially worked with them during a work experience week and had a good experience, so I decided to continue working with them.

SATVA Softech delivered a functioning app with all the requested features. The team also delivered onboarding screens that were aesthetically pleasing and had easy navigation. We had 450 registered users and over 750 pre-loved items listed on the app. Overall, we received positive feedback and constructive feedback on where functions needed tweaking or upgrading. The app had a great concept.

We communicated with SATVA Softech via Skype, email, and WhatsApp. The team mostly delivered on time.

SATVA Softech had a family-oriented work culture, great project management once Jayshree stepped in which lead to better communication, quicker turnaround times and more effective timekeeping.

The team could have had fees for late work since deadlines were crucial when running a startup.
