Beyond new feature delivery, the team tackled and resolved long-standing defects in the Android app, re-engineering it into a robust, tablet-controlled solution that could finally be relied upon in production. They introduced AI-assisted development practices that noticeably accelerated delivery cycles and improved developer throughput, all while maintaining strict code quality standards. On top of this, Satva implemented secure Stripe payment flows, optimized video storage and compression pipelines for consistent high-performance playback, and ensured full platform readiness, allowing the MVP to finally launch with confidence.

After more than three years of stalled progress with the previous team, Satva Softech rebuilt the platform from the ground up and got the MVP across the finish line. The Android application, which had been plagued with stability and usability issues, was fully re-architected into a reliable dual-camera system with tablet-based controls. We integrated secure Stripe payments so monetization was live from day one, optimized the video storage and compression pipelines for consistent playback, and ensured the system could scale for future features. By incorporating AI-driven development practices, our engineers accelerated delivery cycles and increased overall output, making it possible to launch a platform that coaches, parents, and analysts are now actively using.
