We needed help managing paid performance marketing campaigns on Meta, Google & TikTok to compensate with the lack of internal resources.

REPLUG managed our performance marketing campaigns on TikTok and Meta. Their work included setting up campaigns, targeting, and creating copy for the creatives. The team also handled reporting.

REPLUG's project management was solid and dependable, consistently delivering work on schedule. Where we see an opportunity for growth is in the transition from task execution to strategic ownership. We would have appreciated more proactivity in driving campaign strategy, suggesting optimizations, and clearly recapping next steps after meetings to ensure alignment.

The team was consistently professional and positive throughout our collaboration. An area for improvement would be in aligning project reporting more closely with performance metrics. While we appreciated the optimistic communication, we would have benefited from more proactive and data-driven conversations about the challenges we faced in hitting our targets. This would have helped us collaborate on solutions more effectively. Overall, they are a capable team, and with a more rigorous focus on KPI-driven reporting, they would be an even stronger partner.

The scope of work involved collaborating with Replug, a marketing agency, to create, manage, and optimize Google and Facebook ads for the electric vehicle (EV) industry. The project resulted in significant progress in understanding what works well across each channel. On Google, we achieved a consistently strong Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), which was maintained effectively over the course of the campaign, indicating sustained efficiency in our strategy. For Facebook, while initial performance was slower, we saw a notable improvement towards the end, particularly with the introduction of User-Generated Content (UGC) videos. This shift helped boost engagement and ad performance, marking a clear progression toward better results. Overall, both channels showed positive momentum and provided valuable insights for future campaigns.

Yes, the project management was effective throughout the campaign. We learned a lot as we progressed, testing different positions and ad spots to optimize performance. The team made sure to track the data properly, allowing us to analyze and understand it clearly. This approach helped us refine our strategy and respond quickly to insights, ensuring that we remained aligned with our goals and could adapt as needed.

What I found most impressive about the company was their commitment to data clarity. The data was always entered in a way that was simple to understand, and they consistently took the extra step to ensure we fully grasped it. They were also very clear about what was working, what we could test next, and the potential improvements we should aim for. This level of transparency and thoroughness really stood out and made the entire process much more efficient and insightful.

Well, we always want more, but I feel that we could have a/b test more campaigns and targeting to diminish the cost, especially on google side. But still the work was amazing
