This was a quick, focused engagement — a one-week visual audit. Qubstudio reviewed the product’s interface and provided a detailed breakdown of what was working well and where improvements could be made. Their feedback was actionable, insightful, and helped us fine-tune the look and feel of the application ahead of key presentations.

The audit helped us quickly identify design improvements and boost the visual consistency of the product. It gave us added confidence when showcasing the solution and helped elevate the quality of our final deliverable — which was especially important for upcoming client pitches.

I’m the VP of software development at CENTEGIX. We provide incident response and safety solutions, including the CrisisAlert™ platform, which enables rapid emergency alerts and precise location tracking through wearable devices to protect people in workplaces and schools.

We needed a redesign of our suite of separate products to transform them into a unified SaaS platform.

Qubstudio has been responsible for the discovery process, user interviews, wireframes, conceptual designs, persona definitions, user flows, and design system.

We started working together in May 2025, and the collaboration is ongoing.

We track progress through software delivery milestones and success through business metrics, such as the time to onboard new customers and customer support ticket volume and duration. We’re still in the process of tracking, so we don’t have delivery success metrics yet. However, the impressions have been positive.

We communicate through virtual meetings. Qubstudio hasn’t delivered on time, but I don’t think it’s their fault. Our industry is extremely new and doesn’t benefit from many of the design conventions already in the marketplace of ideas. It’s hard to estimate effort in such an industry, and we knew that going in.

Their openness to new ideas and solving problems in creative ways is impressive.

I'm the product owner of Sober Sidekick, an app developed by Empathy HealthTech. Our app is a peer-to-peer support platform that uses gamification to foster empathetic connections and reduce stigma around sensitive issues, ensuring users always receive support from the community.

We wanted to collaborate with a UX designer to help bring our concepts and ideas to life within the app. This includes leveraging their expertise in market research and user behavior to shape innovative features, as well as designing intuitive UI components. A key part of this is mapping the end-to-end user experience to ensure the app is cohesive, user-friendly, and aligned with user needs.

Qubstudio delivered a range of key features and improvements across the app. This included designing a new interactive sober timer that supports personalized display preferences, highlights financial impact, and allows users to track multiple addictions simultaneously.They also introduced both passive and active check-in experiences, along with a centralized dashboard that brings together these features in a clear and accessible way, alongside a dedicated support section.In addition, they redesigned the user profile and onboarding experience to improve usability and first-time user engagement. They also provided mock-ups for enhanced post functionality and home feed filtering, helping to create a more tailored and user-friendly content experience.Qubstudio was responsible for the design phase but supported the development team throughout the implementation phase by answering questions, clarifying designs, and providing guidance where needed to ensure the final build aligned with the intended user experience.They also played a key role in the early stages by helping to define and refine requirements ahead of the design phase, ensuring clarity, alignment, and a strong foundation for both design and development.

Qubstudio provided Figma designs at each stage of the process, and our development team actively utilized them during implementation. The clarity and level of detail in these designs helped reduce ambiguity, resulting in fewer issues being identified during QA and a smoother overall delivery.We've seen a significant increase in engagement following these changes. Amplitude metrics show that posting activity has doubled with the new sober timer compared to the previous version.We've also seen an increase in users providing profile data, improving user attribution and giving us better insights overall. Adoption of the new dashboard has grown, with more users actively accessing and engaging with it. In addition, retention has improved, with approximately one-third more users reaching the one-month milestone after the introduction of the check-in feature.We're currently developing the new onboarding experience and expect it to reduce drop-off rates by improving clarity, guidance, and overall user engagement during the onboarding journey.

They delivered within the expected timeframes and provided a highly professional experience throughout the engagement.

They consistently found balanced solutions, taking on board feedback from all stakeholders and returning with designs that reflected a thoughtful compromise while still maintaining a strong user experience. We engaged the Qubstudio team to work on our brand strategy and update our branding and website. Within the brand strategy, their team made a profound discovery, including strategic sessions; the result was a decision to divide the Intego Group brand into sub-brands. Thus, they created new umbrella branding and website design for the parent brand and the brand extensions. After the central part was done, the team also provided graphic design support to us.

Our cooperation resulted in a complex umbrella branding package that included the logo, fonts, styles, animations, colors, and additional design elements. The team also detailed our website content and provided the structure plan.

Our cooperation process was profound and efficient. It included strategic sessions, Slack conversations, collaboration with the dev team, and continuous support in Graphic Design.
