There were certain design and process recommendations from ProCreator aimed at reducing the problems we had in hand (For e.g., - High Bounce Rates, Low Average Session per duration, etc.). The recommendations were also classified on the basis on the severity of issues in terms of priortiy to be assigned to each of them. As soon as we started implementing their recommendations, we saw positive changes. For example, when we were able to reduce the page load time as suggested, we saw improvements in bounce rate.

And the timelines were met always, in spite of some additional requests made by us. They even accomodated our requests without any fuss which were not in the scope when we started this project.
