What challenge were you trying to address with ProCreator?
We’ve hired ProCreator for digital strategy.
What was the scope of their involvement?
ProCreator is responsible for UX/UI design strategy and testing. Their team has helped us set up a design system; we primarily use Figma as a technology. ProCreator also assists us in conducting user testing and interviews.
What is the team composition?
We work with four individuals from ProCreator; this includes a coordinator that is our main point of contact.
How did you come to work with ProCreator?
We met their team at a design workshop; we shared contacts, and when we were looking for a new vendor, we called them up. We worked out the kinks and let them know our requirements, then decided to move forward.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent about $9,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in February 2023, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
ProCreator’s contribution has been immense, and we’ve had extremely positive feedback about their work. They have contributed product ideas that have been selected for different business ideas as well.
How did ProCreator perform from a project management standpoint?
Everything is delivered on time; we use Microsoft Planner to keep track of projects. We also have weekly stand-ups where we define priorities and decide what needs to be completed. They consistently keep us updated, and if they have any questions, they post them so we can quickly answer them.
Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?
We’d like to shout out Kanika (Head of Design); she takes care of all of our design tasks on both the research and strategy side. She has also helped us structure presentations to showcase ideas in a clear way. She assists us with research activities, taking user interviews, and acts as a moderator or observer.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We have been impressed with their turnaround time and the way they have been able to create quality prototypes. All of our product managers have been very happy to work with the ProCreator team. ProCreator goes above and beyond to deliver a quality product.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We wish that our junior designers were being guided by senior developers a bit more so that everything was more consistent. Sometimes, we get something back right away that we’re happy with, and other times, it takes 2–3 iterations, and we wish we could get that number down. However, we’ve given this feedback to ProCreator already.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
We recommend their company because they’re committed and will always add value to the project. They will bring fresh ideas, and when they take on a project, they will follow through.
