I am the Head of Customer Service at GreenWay. GreenWay is the largest electric vehicle (EV) charging network in Poland and part of the largest network of EV charging stations in Central & Eastern Europe. As one would imagine, an EV charging network provider needs a robust 24/7 support solution to help drivers, owners, logistics and transportation owners navigate challenges in the real world.

The development task involved creating a dashboard for GreenWay’s hotline. Statistics were shown, such as the number of calls received, as well as calls “dropped” from users who had disconnected while waiting in the queue.

We knew we wanted to work with an official partner of Twilio when developing the call solution. Earlier, Polcode implemented a professional IVR, which increased the quality of our service. Polcode has proven to be a very reliable partner. They very carefully recognized our needs and understood the way our company and customer service function.

The project consisted of three phases. In the first phase, call statistics and notifications for agents about missed calls were implemented. The next step was to implement KPIs in real time. These statistics have become the basis for extensive real-time and historical reports of all quality indicators on our hotline. These statistics can be filtered on the level of our hotline numbers, queues and individual agents. Thanks to this, we can control their performance on an ongoing basis. Projekt was based on the Laravel technology using the API of the ZOHO Desk and Twilio programs.

Two people were involved in working with us: Project Manager and a Programmer who also did tests.

The implemented tool allowed us to achieve very high KPI goals during the holiday season when the volume of calls increased. Thanks to the dashboard and statistics in the real time, we had full control over all calls ques and we could more effectively manage the work of our agents.

The project was managed and coordinated in an exemplary manner. We received a detailed plan with a list of activities and tasks, as well as a solid time frame. The project manager made sure that the work schedule was carried out according to plan. We were in regular contact every week. He contacted us as well when there were some unforeseen difficulties that caused some activities to be extended. We were always kept informed about the stage and status of the project as well as the tasks performed.

Project Manager perfectly coordinated the project. Thanks to him, we were able to complete and implement it efficiently. The Programmer, on the other hand, was very open to new challenges and was always looking for solutions. Especially in situations where there were unexpected limitations in systems.

I think that in the future it is worth hiring an additional person - a tester who would relieve the programmer. The Project Manager and programmer who worked with us also came to the same conclusions.

I’m the director of AM Real Logic Ltd, a technology firm dedicated to facilitating amateur football matches through a mobile application.

We hired Polcode to develop our mobile app to the highest market standards. We also needed an app landing page.

Polcode provided audit, implementation, development, and maintenance services. I had the initial idea and created the foundation in Lovable. Polcode then created the app in a PWA model. The team also designed the landing page after my approval.

The app has only recently started operating, so the main measurable outcomes will be the number of users joining the platform and how frequently it is used to organize football matches and tournaments. So far, users really like the app's appearance and design. We've also received very positive feedback about the overall concept and idea behind the application.

What impresses us the most about working with Polcode is their professionalism and communication throughout the entire project. The team is always very helpful and takes the time to clearly explain things we don't fully understand, which makes the whole process much easier for us. I wanted them to develop an AI trip matching tool that allows users to discover trips we have available tailored to their preferences. The communication and booking process was also supposed to be facilitated by the system.

Polcode has built the full AI tool, a system with different user statuses, a database including all our trips, and a design. The team has also handled project planning and QA testing.

Polcode has delivered a fully functional platform connected to all necessary analytics tools with all GDPR-related requirements and bugs fixed. We still need to start marketing the system more aggressively though. We’re monitoring basic usage via Google Analytics and Twipla.

Polcode was engaged to design and develop a Magento-based eCommerce platform tailored to our business requirements and integrated with our on-premise ERP system. The primary objective was to create a scalable, trade-focused online store that accurately reflects our branch operations, stock availability, and pricing structures.

The project delivered clear, measurable improvements across operations, customer experience, and commercial capability.

We hired Polcode to help us transition from our on-site server to a cloud solution. Our previous infrastructure team managing the on-site server wasn’t helpful in ensuring we were up to date on certain versions and compliant and secure with backups. We needed help migrating to AWS.

Polcode has done due diligence on our current setup and helped us transition from moving our databases and hosting on the physical server to the AWS cloud solution. Initially, the team reviewed our current setup. The team had access to our database schemas, hosting, codebase, and repositories. Shortly after, Polcode delivered a short report on our current setup, risks, improvements, and a cost estimate for bringing this online to Amazon. In April 2025, we did the actual migration.

We’re super happy with Polcode’s work. Our core issue was that we didn’t have full security, control, and necessary backup processes with our previous team. Although we don’t have quantitative KPIs, it’s a big thing for us to ensure we’re secure and confident that we have the proper processes in place and follow best practices. Our costs have increased compared to having a physical server, but that was somewhat expected because, usually, having your own server is cheaper.

Polcode hasn’t met the deadlines set. Regarding budgets, they’ve been well within their range regarding labor hours needed. However, the team has missed the mark on the cost for ongoing AWS in terms of the estimate. We use Jira for project management and communicate via Google Meet and Slack.

We’re impressed with Polcode’s in-house knowledge.
