Shark Financial Technologies is a United States-based FinTech enterprise that utilizes cutting-edge AI and Blockchain-enabled technology to empower consumers by combining and managing their credit cards, rewards programs, digital wallets, and personal finance into a single phone application. Through our proprietary software, we leverage the full potential of client credit cards and digital wallets by intelligently selecting the ideal credit card, rewards program, gift card, or crypto-currency for any given purchase. This allows our customers to maximize rewards and manage their finances securely and in real time.

Between January 20, 2025, and June 19, 2025, Oak's Lab will provide personnel as outlined in the section below on a time and materials basis to design, architect, and program new features (the “Deliverables”) for the Shark Financial Technologies Platform. The Deliverables will be defined through Epics and Stories, documentation, and conversations. Developer personnel shall be deployed in key roles to facilitate agreed-upon outcomes.
