I’m an executive at a cybersecurity monitoring company that serves cloud-first businesses.

We hired Musemind to assist with all our brand design and a number of corresponding assets, including web and print assets and event booth design. We needed a holistic engagement.

Musemind provided us with branding and design services. We worked with them for a number of years and in various iterations. The first thing they did for us was to develop our brand guidelines, making sure our color schemes, font, and brand marks were consistent.

Thanks to Musemind’s work, we saw increases in web traffic and brand awareness. They were very prolific and had an extensive catalog of examples. Therefore, they could walk us through the various trade-offs of each option and how things might resonate with our buyers. Moreover, they stayed fairly modern.

They delivered on time and within the budget. Musemind was prompt, and their deliverables were good; we had no issue getting what we needed on time. We used Asana and Trello for project management.

Musemind was creative, fast, and had a good eye for quality. Moreover, they had a good understanding of where the market was moving regarding design standards.

Nothing they needed to improve comes to mind; I enjoyed working with them and refer them when I have the opportunity.

Design projects are high-stakes, so you must come in with a vision of what you want and be ready to work with a partner with different insights and knowledge about the market. Having a firm understanding of what your customers need and like is important.

The project was managed well overall, with clear communication throughout the design and build process. The team were responsive to feedback and open to iteration, which was important for us given the level of detail involved in positioning and brand presentation.

What stood out most was their design sensibility and attention to detail. They clearly understand how to translate brand positioning into a refined, high-end digital presence, which was important for us. The team also struck a good balance between creative direction and listening to our input, so the end result felt collaborative rather than templated.

At times during the earlier stages of the project, the timeline felt a little compressed, which meant we had to move quite quickly through some decisions. That said, once this was raised, communication and pacing improved and the team were receptive to feedback. Overall, this didn’t detract from the quality of the final outcome, and we were pleased with how collaboratively everything was handled.
