MOBIKASA has developed our logo and branding and designed and developed our website, including integrations with Stripe, ShipStation, Zendesk, SignNow, and Avalara. The team has also provided SEO optimization and marketing services, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Instagram. The website has a backend partner signup portal and a frontend customer signup portal so we can manage two different partners. It also has inventory tracking for mailbox management and luggage storage.

Our direct contact and project manager/leader is Rohit, who been excellent to work with, I could not choose any better person for the project management. Rajat Oberoi has been our latest contact at Mobikasa and he is the VP of Growth and he has been a great source of strategy for starting us off on the right foot with getting BOXFO known to the world. Additional people in the background at Mobikasa include the early stage logo and branding team as well as the develpers we do not get to see but who are diligently working to develop and keep our website running.

The project is professionally managed with a clearly understood schedule and itemized deliverables. MOBIKASA has completed our logo, web design, and website pages. The team has also posted marketing ads, and we’ve had customer signups shortly after launching the website. In less than two weeks, we’ve had five customer signups, which is very good considering the time since the launch has been so short.

MOBIKASA’s project management is excellent. The project has been delayed because we’ve added features that weren’t planned initially, which isn’t the team’s fault. MOBIKASA has been able to make our additions and adjust the schedule with a new completion date, which they’ve met. We communicate via email, Google Meet, and Slack.

MOBIKASA has made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire process and has become like family. We look forward to our weekly meetings with Rohit and we are in constant contact with him and Rajat Oberoi. We also find our new customer service representative at Mobikasa, Utkarsh Shukla, extremely useful and very professional.
