Not only did they deliver a template that achieved 100% rendering compatibility (including complex fixes for Outlook and dark mode), but their dedicated effort to provide in-depth training and video guides ensured our team could fully utilize the custom-built modules without needing external support. They truly set a high bar for quality and customer enablement.

The project was executed very well, but one minor area for improvement would be to provide a more detailed initial timeline and a slightly smoother onboarding process. While all deadlines were met, receiving a more granular breakdown of the first week's milestones upfront would have helped with our internal planning. Overall, however, this is a minor note on a project that exceeded expectations in quality and responsiveness.
