We asked the company to design two landing pages end to end. We were commissioned by one of our clients to create a real estate investment calculator for their landing page. As the basis for this project, the client provided us with a very complex Excel spreadsheet that contained numerous interconnected formulas and extensive calculation logic. The spreadsheet was so sophisticated that even our own team struggled to fully understand how the calculations worked. Because of that, we decided to reach out to the company for support.

Mavlers provided strategic guidance to optimise our email welcome flow, including planning, set-up, and technical implementation. Their role covered mapping out the flow structure, advising on best practices to improve engagement and conversion, and executing the back-end build within our email platform. I managed all creative deliverables (visual design and copywriting), while Mavlers ensured the strategy and execution were aligned to our goals of improving open rates, click-through rates, and placed order rates, while reducing unsubscribes and bounce rates.

Although the new flow has only been live for two weeks, we’ve already seen clear improvements across key metrics. Open rate increased from 61% to 67%, click-through rate jumped from 18% to 30%, and the placed order rate nearly doubled from 7% to 13%. At the same time, unsubscribe and bounce rates dropped to 0%. While the recipient pool is smaller at this stage, these early results demonstrate stronger engagement, healthier list quality, and greater conversion potential.
