The time spent with Manifesto was beneficial in a variety of ways from helping us think about our goal from an outside perspective, to conducting the discovery phase and hearing from important internal voices that we had not heard from before to pulling it all together into an achievable, focused plan.

Working with the Manifesto team was both easy-going and completely structured. The account manager and I spoke weekly by phone and as often as needed by email. Milestones were clear and achieved consistently by the Manifesto team.

We found them through an online search. We were very impressed with the team and leadership. They listened carefully to our RFP and put together a comprehensive proposal. We believed in their philosophy. They were evaluated in a large set of other stellar agencies and rose to the top.

Utilizing the Scope of Work to outline our timeline and project deliverables, we worked closely with the Manifesto team on scheduled and one-off meetings to discuss objectives, overview progress, and review/approve the final documents. The team was very responsive to my needs and worked closely with me to ensure I had what I needed when presenting to leadership.

We also needed a new name with clear pronunciation, spelling, and an identity that reflected our easy-to-use online platform to excite and inspire the marketplace and our own employees.
