The project involves the redesign and enhancement of our existing mobile application into a modern, scalable hybrid app (single codebase for both Android and iOS). The primary objective is to improve flexibility, usability, and integration capabilities while maintaining the current design foundation with targeted improvements.

The app is fully completed but not yet live for use. The backend has become much more user-friendly, making it quick and easy to add products. Additionally, the overall usability of the app has significantly improved, resulting in a much smoother user experience.

Everything within the project was delivered on time. Feedback was handled efficiently, and our needs were addressed in a responsive and proactive manner, ensuring smooth communication throughout the process.

What stands out most is their ability to combine strong technical expertise with a responsive and flexible approach. They handled feedback quickly, adapted easily to our needs, and consistently delivered high-quality results while maintaining clear and efficient communication.

I’m the founder of Zeno AI, an AI-powered app to help people with their mental health.

We needed help turning our idea into a project blueprint and developing our app.

Lizard Global has handled the full technical delivery of our AI-powered mental health application. Their scope includes system architecture design, front- and backend engineering, database design, cloud infrastructure setup, and integration of third-party AI services.

The project has successfully progressed from concept to a stable, production-ready technical foundation. We’ve achieved a fully functioning application architecture, with core systems implemented and integrated, including backend services, cloud infrastructure, and AI service connectivity.

They have great project management and deliver on time. We use in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps to communicate.

The team is truly invested in this app. My idea is great, but the openness and input from the Lizard Global team have taken it to being an incredible product. It wouldn’t be what it is without them. That depth of expertise across multiple disciplines adds real value and reduces delivery risk on a complex project.

I’m the scientific and regulatory affairs manager of a company that markets and distributes health products.

We needed support to create a mobile app to support brain health using cognitive training games as a value-added offering to our customers.

Lizard Global has designed and developed a responsive mobile app, including the UI/UX design and gameplay, based on references and a user requirements list we provided. The app includes randomized gameplay, a dashboard for tracking the best score and daily milestone completion, a user profile for health and lifestyle parameters, and a reminder setting based on the preferred intensity via push notification. Lizard Global is also providing post-go-live monitoring and analytics.

Lizard Global has launched the app and is working on user engagement. We’ve received positive feedback about the app’s clean interface and interactive games. Although the user uptake is still low because we launched the app less than a month ago, we expect it to increase with more publicity in the coming months.

Lizard Global’s RFP process was timely and efficient. The team took the necessary time to understand the project specifics and game requirements to provide an accurate proposal and costing. The project delivery phase has been somewhat extended due to several rounds of revisions regarding UI issues. The UI/UX of the user login and game pages has been well thought out. Overall, the gameplay has been executed nicely, but improvements could be made in the QC process of each iteration and test release. We communicate via teleconference meetings.

Lizard Global has great team synergy. Despite Lizard being a relatively large-scale international company, the management team values the business relationship with us (a small new company). Although we’re new to this type of tech development and have many insecurities, the team has managed them to our satisfaction. The business development team is great at keeping the collaboration an overall good experience, making us want to keep working with them.

Lizard Global’s internal QC process before releasing the product for testing could be improved. Although we appreciate the frequent test releases to ensure they’re on the right track, at times, the releases have felt rushed and unchecked.

Like a Buddy is a non-profit organization that provides informal support to parents who are struggling due to their child’s behavior (such as autism or ADHD) or challenging home situations (like divorce, financial stress, or domestic violence), through peer buddies, parents who have been through similar experiences themselves.

The scope included: An admin environment for managing users.A buddy coordinator dashboard for coordinators to coach and support buddies within the tool.A matching feature that allows parents to find and connect with a buddy based on key criteria such as location.A chat environment enabling one-on-one conversations between buddies and parents.

The successful delivery of the MVP, which allowed us to launch the first working version of our Buddy Tool and start matching parents with buddies.

Communication was clear and efficient, which we really appreciated. The team responded quickly, provided thorough summaries after each meeting, and clearly outlined what we could review, test, or give feedback on. It gave us structure, transparency, and trust, overall, a very smooth and enjoyable collaboration.

What impressed us most was how Lizard Global genuinely thought with us and came up with creative solutions that fit our budget. They always offered clear options without ever being pushy, letting us make our own choices. Their genuine care for people and focus on social impact, not just budgets and technology, really stood out. It was a pleasure to work with a team that combines professionalism with heart.

If there’s one area for improvement, it would be finding a simpler way to bridge the language and technical jargon between the development team and non-technical clients like us. In the first meetings, this sometimes took a bit of extra effort, but the team was always patient, understanding, and proactive in making sure we stayed aligned.
