The app that we want to build is an end-to-end app to support our expanding business. The app will be highly integrated with our internal and partner systems. Lizard Global helps us define our Apps' objective based on the OKR workshop.

The OKR workshop has excellent progress and was completed successfully.

With their expertise, they could really capture a significant portion of the market here

During the whole development phase, they were quick to answer to our questions via mail or online meeting. They were also keen to adapt to our different needs as the project evolved a bit.

Building the POC in Framer would measure success through user engagement (task completion rate, time on task), validation of value (feature adoption, stakeholder interest), and business feasibility (conversion intent, estimated cost savings). Key outcomes would include how efficiently users complete workflows, whether the solution addresses real pain points, and if companies express interest in a full-scale deployment.

Lizard delivered the Framer POC on time and met expectations. Their project management was seamless, with clear communication and quick responses to feedback. They understood the needs perfectly, making adjustments efficiently while maintaining high-quality design and functionality.

By providing a single point of contact it ensured a smooth, well-managed process from start to finish. So I would certainly recommend them for their reliability.

Overall a faster turnaround and more proactive suggestions would have made the experience even better.

I had a mobile app idea and needed a partner to help me bring it to life.

We initially discussed my app idea, and Lizard Global helped me map out the strategy to take. We determined that the app needed to help consumers collect their receipts more easily when making their purchases.

Lizard Global successfully helped me visualize my idea by creating the agreed-upon screens. They also provided their input to build my idea into a more complete business case. We will use their work for the actual mobile app development. Overall, it was a great experience, and everyone performed well.

Lizard Global knew my budget from the beginning and was great at incorporating the essential project tasks into it. They were also on time with the project deadlines. It was all good, and we had no issues. Moreover, we used Figma for project management and communicated via email, Google Meet, and, occasionally, phone calls. The team explained every question I had.

They were very agreeable people. The team was very kind and attentive in our discussions and meetings. I also liked their input. Lizard Global kindly expressed their expertise, explained that my idea was good, and even proposed alternative strategies. They freely suggested different routes to help us visualize the app.

Their company culture involves not just delivering the products we want but becoming a CTO team to understand the current challenge and provide technical advice and support to help us solve the problem. I like their approach of a lean startup and agile way of thinking a lot, as this provides us with many ideas to consolidate our own.

I think we can have a better communication as in replying emails and whatsapp more quickly, and it will be better if there is a better way to sort out the discrepancies in visions and ideas between us and them
