The Leancode team has helped us introduce features to the Camera, In-app purchases, and video player plugins that were essential for our customers. These were features that were requested by the Flutter community and helped unlock new features for the over 1 million developers that use Flutter on a monthly basis.

They deliverd items on time, and they were great to collaborate with and were truly experts in the Flutter and Dart space. They also came in with their opinions and perspective to help deliver these features.

I'm the engineering lead at Maingau Energie GmbH, a German energy supplier that offers electricity, gas, e-mobility, internet, mobile communications, and an online shop. We develop innovative, customer-oriented solutions for everyday life.

We needed support building a new cross-platform customer energy app for web, iOS, and Android.

We built a hybrid team of internal and external resources. LeanCode has supported us with UI/UX experts, engineers, and QA testers. The team has delivered UI/UX designs and Flutter code. LeanCode has handled the entire app development process, but we also have an internal engineer who works with them. We started from scratch with them, and they've also built CI/CD pipelines.

We track progress and performance on a monthly basis, focusing on a holistic set of metrics rather than a single outcome. The Leancode team is fully integrated into this company-wide performance tracking system.

We were responsible for project management and they for delivery. All deliverables were arriving consistently on schedule. They remained attentive to our requirements throughout the project, providing prompt and practical responses whenever our needs evolved.
