We partnered with LeanCode to assist in the migration of our mobile application from React Native to Flutter. During this process, we decided to extend the scope of the project to include a web application built in Flutter as well. Our objective was to create a dual-platform mobile app using Flutter. Leancode, known for their expertise in Flutter, came highly recommended. We were impressed by their reviews and skill level. Throughout the project, we utilized a suite of communication tools, including Slack, Email, Jira, and Figma, complemented by consistent online meetings via Google Meet. This suite of tools facilitated clear and effective communication, which was key to our project's progression.We were particularly impressed with the professionalism and communication prowess of the Product Owner. The UX designer demonstrated outstanding design and analytical abilities, while the QA team's dedication ensured quality control. Furthermore, the developers' expertise in Flutter was evident and greatly appreciated. Their collective responsiveness to our needs has been commendable, and we are quite pleased with the partnership's results thus far.
