Create the entire branding strategy and identity system from scratch as well as messaging. Key deliverables included brand illumination, brand strategy, brand identity system, brand bible & usage guidelines and messaging.

Execution on the project has yet to start but we have all the materials and branding guidelines needed to kick off when we are ready.

Project management style was superb. Cindy, the project manager, was extremely responsive and organized. Items were always delivered on time and team was very understanding when timeline had to be extended from our end.

La Visual has a resident expert for all aspects of the project. They have really put together a stellar team with the collective experience and knowledge to run a successful and well-rounded agency.

It would have been nice to do more in-person collaborations since I live in the area, but understand this was not ideal or always possible with new remote work policies!

We needed help creating a full brand identity. We wanted to extract the vision of the founder and create the brand from the ground up.

La Visual helped us finalize key strategic deliverables, including our core brand strategy, brand messaging (including the "Curated Confidence™" manifesto), and the official naming (La Vestalia). They also played a critical role in building the foundation of our social media presence and developing a robust content library to support ongoing marketing efforts. In addition, they delivered 12 videos and a comprehensive catalog of still photography and b-roll from the Los Angeles content shoot. They executed the lookbook and website development phases, demonstrating steady progress toward the targeted September 2025 site launch. We received positive feedback from beta testers, although we have not yet had broad market exposure. Our primary objective was to establish the brand, website, and operational foundation and La Visual successfully helped us achieve that.

La Visual delivered professionally, always with a matching live presentation. We primarily communicated through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

La Visual had a very well-established process. They delivered the highest quality deliverables, with exquisite design and taste. Moreover, they had amazing availability.

The external vendor selection for the photoshoot could have benefited from more thorough vetting prior to assignment. Greater ownership and oversight from La Visual on that deliverable would have helped us feel more confident and fully supported throughout the production process. During the execution phase, we would have appreciated clearer direction and more proactive guidance on both the photoshoot and video components. While the overall body of work was strong, a few of the specific objectives we had outlined for that shoot were ultimately not achieved.
