So recenlty we as a instutue got license of NISM XV that is research analyst. Post that we wanted to start with Stocks advisory services for our clients where we advise the clients to buy the stocks with current market price along with all the information of what company is doing and the target price. So what we wanted is to develop a backoffice software for us in which we can enter the trade details like at what price the client bought what shares, the software should also show that what is the current value of all the stocks and hence the profit and loss of the client who is working as per our advisory. The software also calculates the fees of the clients on quarterly basis as per SEBI allowed guidelines and it produces a pdf based reports for us to share with clients that consists of data related to holdings, dividend details and the cash flow of the client in their own demat. Further a client side app is also build for the same.

So because of the software built by Kode Creators, my company was able to apply systems that helped to reduce the operations cost by 30% and also increased the time efficiency of our tem by 40%

So the team was able to meet the committed deadlines, along with it the team also educated us that some of our requirements were not actually needed and infact researched about how to make a better software for the usecase. Infact they provided us with all the details about at what stage is the software at and with utmost transparency they communicated us

The most unique thing about the company was that they are not someone who just listens to our requriement and just start developing it. They rather first go through our requriements and the next move is to educate us that if the following requriements are absolutely necessary or not. Also they first provide us with researched report that shows the things that we missed in software to make it better.

So in terms of feedback what I feel is that company is great just with much better public presence of the company we can come to know more about it and a confidence can be generated, everything else was good great team, great energy and great communication, most importantly great work.

I am the CTO at a talent hailing platform that connects individuals looking for gigs to businesses in need of their service using our own algorithm that optimizes finding the right talent for the business.

Kode creators were responsible for the development of the application from start to finish. This included an Admin panel, Androind, iOS, and web applications for both, an app for businesses as well as talents.

We wanted to develop the mobile, and web app versions in Flutter to have one codebase. After viewing Kode Creators portfolio, we saw they had the right expertise using the right tech stack we were looking for. We also saw that had worked with a Swedish client before and were aware of the Swedish market and regulations.

We presented Kode Creators with our design and product overview and then worked closely with them on breaking it down into milestones and deliverables.

It has been a month since the initial beta release as we plan on ramping up slowly, but currently we have more than 300 users on our platform.

Initially communicated through google drive and whatsapp, and then moved to Trello to get a better overview of the projects progress.

We are very impressed with their can-do attitude and immediate response time. This helped us improve our scope for the MVP a lot. Things we thought might not be possible in the first iteration were added. Extremely quick response to feedback on trello as well as whatsapp.

We wanted to develop a mobile app to curate family memories and family stories.

We assessed a 4 vendors online and selected Kodemakers because of their expertise and professionalism.

We had 3 discovery meetings and we supplied the wireframes. The design and developers work very quickly and reached milestones exceptionally quickly.

A project manager worked directly with me and was highly responsive and professional. Also had access to the developer and designer.

there is no really a measureable topic in the outcome, the project was far beyond numbers... we had to do everything from scratch, since old system was buggy and not meeting users expectations in many ways.

we used trello, and it has proved to be a great tool for the whole team. also whatsapp as a quick communication tool. sometimes email, not that often. nirav's communication skills are excellent, always in charge of everything and available.

their expertise in flutter and laravel. they got my ideas and requirements always in the 1st approach, verty few times we had to go back and forth due to misunderstandings.

using beta apps so we could test directly from play store instead from apks and testflight. that is the only thing from my perspective.
