It’s a privately-owned company, we’re focusing on bringing a record system for doctors, medical staff, etc. , to the market. We’re a SaaS company. I’m the CEO and founder.

We have a lot of skills in the company, but we’re lacking development skills. We were looking for someone to develop the platform for Android and iOS.

They developed a mobile app and web-based platform. They built an interactive and clickable UX platform using Adobe so we could see the design and colors. Then they built mobile platform was built on AWS Cloud, and Flutter. Then the database is MySQL.

I had a main contact, and he’s the owner of the company. He had people on his staff who worked on the project, but I never interacted with them directly.

They created a good presentation that outlined how the project would proceed and how we could communicate. I felt very comfortable with them, so I selected them out of the five offers I received.

We started working together in February 2020 and our work is ongoing.

We haven’t done code review yet, but from what I’ve seen, everything seems to be fine.

They answer me 24/7. They’re five hours ahead of us, but once I send a message, they reply and get going with it. I’ve been very impressed by how they work.

They feel very responsible for the code they write. They’re also very responsive to feedback. If we ask for changes, they implement them by the next day. This team is much faster than other development companies I’ve worked with.

I would prefer if they did a bit more testing. We didn’t have enough time for that initially, but that could be useful. It might be more our problem than theirs.

It helped that I was very structured outlined what we needed help with in the early stages. We provided the right information, like a mockup, so you’re on the same page. The more prepared you are, the better.
