The scope of work was to design and develop a prototype of a game as a cross-platform proof of concept for our future gaming service. Key deliverables included:

KAPPS successfully delivered a cross-platform proof-of-concept game that ran smoothly on Android, iOS, and WebGL, confirming that Unity can meet our technical requirements for the future service. The builds were distributed via TestFlight, a public Unity WebGL link, and a direct Android APK, allowing all key stakeholders to test, review, and validate the solution across our target platforms.

They delivered the proof of concept on time and to a high standard. We also had weekly calls where we shared feedback and aligned on next steps.

I was particularly impressed by their ability to deliver a polished, cross-platform concept for our services quickly. They set up and optimised the solution for Android, iOS, and WebGL, and made the whole review process smooth with clear communication and fast, technically sound responses to our feedback.

I can’t think of any. The few minor issues that did arise were technically understandable.

Nitro Games is a game production and publishing company. I'm a producer in this project and worked closely with Stan's Assets developers.

We hired Stan's Assets developers to assist with the engineering for this project. The engineers were fully integrated in the feature teams and worked as part of the bigger production team.

Stan's assets were able to provide us with talented individuals who matched the qualifications and level of seniority expected for this production.

Stan's Assets developers were fully integrated in the main production teams across the development. They were a key part of the pre-production and were able to assist in developing the production pipelines for certain features of the game.

We worked with four developers from Stan's Assets, including one senior programmer, two game programmers and a senior server engineer.

The developers were an important part of the pre-production. They were professional and qualified and produced some key elements in the production.

The communication with Stan's Assets developers was clear and they were active in their communication with their team members. We used Jira and slack as our main communication and project management software.

The communication with both the developers as well as with Stan's Assets management was great. The developers showed initiative and true participation in the production.

Unity3D Game development staff augmentation

Stan’s Assets from KAPPS was already known in our studio for their high quality tools on the Unity Asset Store, which we were already using. After an interview with founder and then with the rest of the team, it was clear for us that they will be a great fit. Good communication, highly professional and proactive attitude and adequate rates.

Unity3D game development, both supporting and improving projects already deployed and also engineering new products. They allocated 3-5 persons, from Unity developers, Lead developer, QA and Project Management for a better team integration.

After discussing our needs with a founder, they sent us CVs of current team members who fulfilled our requirements and some meetings with the team were conducted.

We’ve been able to release our developments in new markets in few weeks, and include in our development roadmap new products that we could never conceive without their help. Due the successful outcomes, our plans for this collaboration are still to keep it in the long-term.

The team dedicates enough time to understand requirements and expected deliverables and they are always looking for doing the extra mile for excellence. Managing remote teams is always challenging, but their approach of frequent communications and updates, made this process painless and smooth.

Overall we feel this collaboration as an extension of our team. Their effort to provide better value instead of only focusing on fulfilling requirements lists is impressive.

So far, the small and infrequent issues were always due miscommunications, which is something inherent to remote teams and not specifically their fault.

The interview process was good, the candidate briefs very legible and expressive, and the quality of candidates was very good. Among the two companies we contracted with, there are no complaints whatsoever about the staff provided by Stan's Assets, which is why we regularly explore new opportunities with them.

We develop a large multi-player online grand strategy game with blockchain connections. While the design and development is controlled by MoonGaming and MoonTech, we work with developers from Stan's Assets to make this a reality.

We currently worked with 2 of their developers, and are in the process of contracting them for a Senior QA Analyst & Manager.

Visual Quality of the Game so far is very good, especially the Clouds, the Oceans, and Showroom Video show technical Artist Artem H.'s great skill. The WebGL Showroom, the client data layer as well as the loading and reloading of the data was implemented by developer Evgeny T., who played a crucial role in building these, all the way from proof of concept to final solution.

While there are some language barriers, the developers are fully integrated into our team and participate in daily business as usual, including stand-ups, retrospectives, planning, and team discussions.

The incredible friendliness and professionalism even when we as a client were undecided for a while; and the casual way they have been repeatedly showing us top tier candidates that matched our job descriptions almost perfectly; even if we were unsuccessful in finding such candidates at all using our internal recruiters.

If we can find a way to offer language classes or shared communications coaching for their developers, this would facilitate better and faster onboarding of new candidates. They initially had a bit of a hard time, even though their English skills, especially paired with their strong technical skills and pragmatic work approach, were more than sufficient.

I'm the CEO and Co-Founder over at Zibra AI, a deep-tech software company that focuses on AI tools for the gaming industry.

We worked with Stan's Assets to support our first public release and set up continuous delivery for our first product. The whole scope included design improvement, UI features, setting up continuous delivery, and package builder. The initial goal was to support up and speed up the development process itself.

Our deciding factors were guys experience, ability to communicate well in a timely manner, and move at a really fast pace.

The initial scope consists of 2 major parts: technical development and consultation part.
