Senior/Founding members will spend the time to understand requirements and deliverables / deadlines as well as internal processes and they'll quickly skill up where required to integrate themselves seamlessly.

Overall felt like a very well integrated extension of our team. For the most part, it did not feel like they were external developers, which was exactly what we were after.

On occasion the skill level of the less senior engineers might vary, but the founders have a very professional and goal driven attitude so they will proactively take measures to ensure good standards, which is very good to see.

We are a partner with Mesmerise who are currently developing a VR platform. KAPPS provide us with unity, webgl and 3d design services on a multitude of projects we are working on with Mesmerise. The aim of the relationship with KAPPS was the provision of high quality, well managed code and design services, which are flexible to needs of our customers.

The projects require good 3d design to create new compelling spaces , combined with high quality Unity skills to turn those 3d spaces into reality. We followed an AGILE development methodology to deliver designs and then a fully coded functioning product for Oculus Quest devices. Not only were KAPPS required to deliver Quest applications, they have also created mobile applications based in Unity and WebGL applications. There understanding of good coding practice, ability to code and design skills are second to none

KAPPS provide a flexible framework, so we can scale up resources or downscale dependent on the workload.

KAPPS developed high quality mobile apps and WebGL experience for the same mobile apps. They did this in fast time and these apps are now being used by our client and their clients without problems. The VR experiences developed show beautiful design and are build on our clients framework, which showed the ability of the KAPPS teams to be able work closely with their clients to get the job done. Feedback from the client has been extremely positive and we are continuing to grow the work they require from us and the KAPPS team.

Project management is of an AGILE nature, essentially fitting into weekly sprints. We use SLACK for managing communication between us and KAPPS. When KAPPS say they are going to do something it's done. They are good at reaching out and communicating with us and the client when they need to and are always there to answer questions or provide advice when needed. Outstanding service!

Their knowledge of Unity and 3d design is second to none and of a very high standard, making them fast and professional to work with Finally, their ability to work collaboratively and creatively to get to a solution is second to none in the market.

KAPPS team was with me all the way from the initial planning stages to the launch. The processes included:

The game launched on the App Store and Google Play, and early player feedback was very positive. Even having issues with the Google account (not by their fault), KAPPS team managed to solve it and made the launch possible to the Google Play store and App Store.

Everything proceeded seamlessly. Their communication was precise, deadlines were met, and I didn’t have to micromanage at every step - for me, this is crucial, since I didn’t want to be a bottleneck in the whole development process.A few milestones were delayed, but only because we agreed it was more important to take the time to address some key feedback. Those adjustments improved the final product, so the delays felt justified and well-handled.Overall, the process stayed efficient and low-stress.

Their professionalism and commitment to the project caught my attention. You could tell that they were engaged in the process. It wasn’t just simply done; it was actually well crafted. That level of effort was something I appreciated. They knew what quality I expected and delivered without compromise.

A few small assumptions early on could’ve been aligned a bit quicker, but nothing major. They handled feedback well and adjusted fast when needed.

Initially, we had multiple discovery meetings to discuss our objectives and establish a clear roadmap. Within a day, KAPPS provided us with wireframes for the app, and the designs were finalized within 2-3 days. I reviewed the wireframes, shared my feedback, and requested changes. KAPPS promptly incorporated my suggestions and delivered revised versions. While I initially had some uncertainties about the app screens, we collaborated closely and finalized the designs after a few days of discussion.

The app is still under development, so it hasn't gone live yet. However, the progress so far has been promising.

The team at KAPPS has been highly communicative and provided regular updates throughout the project. We used various tools like Slack, and emails to stay connected, especially when in-person meetings weren’t feasible.

The KAPPS team demonstrated exceptional expertise and a clear understanding of my requirements. Their technical knowledge in app development is extensive, and their design team is incredibly skilled, delivering visually stunning app screens at remarkable speed. Whenever I raised an issue or shared an idea, they either implemented it or suggested thoughtful ways to improve my vision. Their professionalism and collaborative approach truly stood out.

The delays in the project have primarily been due to the fact that they are from Ukraine and they live in war with russia, so I don’t hold them accountable for that. They’ve been doing an excellent job, and I’m happy to have hired them.

I'm the game producer for Nunu Spirits, a crypto NFT game at Tater Games.

We needed animations and help with a few minigames for our game.

We searched for a long time and the value seemed very good.

There were different stages of development. Almost all of the animations (until 1.6.) were done by Stans Assets. Also two out of three minigames were done by them.

We were allocated 1 programmer, 1 tester, 1 animator, and 1 project manager.

They developed and animated all required assets in time and with good output. Weekly calls were scheduled where we provided feedback.

Very effective - we had also access to their Jira, so we could track what they are currently working on and how far they are.

They have very nice communication skills!
