In the first six months of the project, the Jappware team has developed and is continuously refining the following features:- User Service: Centralizes user data management. - Notification Service: Keeps users informed about critical changes. - User Management: Simplifies administration and access control. - Contact Manager: Organizes and manages business relationships. - File Vault: Securely stores and manages documents. - Dashboards and Reports: Provide visibility into key data and insights. - Exchange Hub: Facilitates data sharing and interaction between systems. Currently, this functionality is available to a limited group of private beta users, who can test the platform and provide initial feedback.

The project is currently in active development, with several key milestones already achieved. The primary outcome was the rapid assembly and ramp-up of two full-scale engineering teams. This successful team formation allowed for the immediate launch of the product development cycle. We defined a clear technical vision that now serves as the architectural foundation for the entire project. Another significant success was the delivery of the core platform and workflows within a condensed timeframe. This rapid progress enabled the release of the initial version to private beta users for testing. We have successfully established a feedback loop with early testers to guide ongoing iterations. The collaboration has provided us with the necessary technical velocity to maintain our development schedule and prepare for a full market launch.

Jappware provided effective project management during the engagement. They established two engineering teams to ensure the timely delivery of core components. Their communication was clear, and they were responsive to technical requirements, which supported integration with existing workflows. They defined a technical roadmap that helped maintain focus on key development milestones. Overall, the collaboration was consistent and reliable.

The most impressive aspect was the rapid assembly of a senior-level engineering team. We quickly integrated 27 engineers, including 4 very experienced technical experts, into our operations, executing a complex platform rebuild without the usual onboarding challenges. Their high level of technical leadership helped define our architectural vision, delivering a functional core platform in an exceptional timeframe. This partnership stands out for its combination of speedy recruitment and deep architectural expertise.

Jappware is providing us with web-based platform development services. The platform will help run know-your-customer (KYC) checks of investors on private equity funds — the software generates documents based on user inputs. It will help other regulated entities that need to run KYC and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.

We work with about six teammates from Jappware, including a QA teammate and senior, mid-level, and junior back- and frontend developers.
