Difficult to say as the work covered multiple projects. Key measurements would be delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, but also the quality of the people management within those projects and the quality of the stakeholder management. The last are measured by feedback surveys with the stakeholders and teams involved.

Always on time. The team that was provided by IT Teams excels at quickly picking up new work, quickly understanding that work, and putting together a crystal clear plan for monitoring and controlling.

Their willingness to help in tough situations impressed us. THeir flexibility when we needed new resources urgently. The willingness to provide additional bonus' to the team when requested. The care and attention given to me as a client.

We required IT staff augmentation

IT Teams provides us with IT resources for external roles where we feel there's no need to hire interns. For every open role, I provide them with job descriptions, and we use a similar approach as if we would hire someone internally. Thus far, they've provided us with different resources, such as project managers and data analysts.

I've worked with three teammates from IT Teams. Manesh (Business Development Manager) is my main point of contact, but I've also communicated with two of their colleagues occasionally.

Based on the services we need from them, there are no major improvements they could make. Of course, everyone could be better, so they could be faster, deliver better CVs, or be cheaper. Still, there's no need to do so.

The project was developed for a public institution in Romania and the team that included IT Teams members had the objective of saving ElasticSearch objects into Oracle Database using Hibernate framework.

Resources allocated were extremely skilled with excellent communication skills that delivered scope on time and even finished several tasks earlier than planned. They got involved in the architecture of the solution and came up with minor changes that made the difference!

I’m a contract and procurement specialist for a technology company.

IT Teams provides us with freelancers in the IT domain, such as Java developers and QR automation experts. Whenever we need a new resource, we send them the job description. If needed, we also set up a meeting with the project manager to provide them with more details of what we’re looking for.
