We selected IT teams for their experience in building dedicated delivery teams for companies, the breadth of technologies they offer, their ability to quickly onboard resources and their cost advantage

The project was end to end support of Oracle EBS solution for European market, understand business requirement, build solutions, develop enhancements, support on critical incidents, provide break fix and manage application configurations. This also involved enhancements in the ticketing system ServiceNow, automation testing and integration solutions on Mulesoft

I’m the founder and CEO of a fintech company.

What challenge were you trying to address with IT Teams?

We were building our own cloud-based fintech platform using the latest technology. Our goal was to create a marketplace within our industry, and we needed additional resources to accomplish it.

What was the scope of their involvement?

IT Teams helps us find suitable programming and QA specialists. After the recruitment process, we handle the resource directly as if they’re a part of our team. However, they also assist us in managing the resources by helping us establish our expectations. From time to time, IT Teams will check in with the staff and us to ensure that everything is going well.

What is the team composition?

We currently work with three teammates, but we’ve worked with five people at some point.

How did you come to work with IT Teams?

I knew one of the owners from a long time ago when I was living in Romania. I reconnected with them for this project.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent over $500,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project started in January 2018 and is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Not only has IT Teams helped us find and screen the right candidates, but they’ve also done a great job of negotiating with the prospect on our behalf. The team is very proactive when it comes to discussing any potential issues and ensuring that everything is going well.

How did IT Teams perform from a project management standpoint?

We have a time and materials contract with IT Teams, so we’ve decided to have our internal team manage the project. We use Jira and Microsoft 365 software, specifically Microsoft Project. In terms of communication, we use Skype and Microsoft Teams.

What did you find most impressive about them?

IT Teams takes pride in providing quality candidates and establishing a solid partnership.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there’s nothing I’d have them improve.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be very precise with the job description and what you want to accomplish. Be hands-on during the hiring process and invest enough time in the selection process and the initial setup.
