I'm the Senior Director of Website Operations. My team and I manage approximately 20 different websites for our company. We work closely with our Marketing partners as well as IT to drive numerous enhancements across our web properties to drive lead generation and revenue for the company.

We hired Outliant to assist us with rebuilding our customer-facing websites from WordPress to a new tech stack. The CMS that was chosen was Contentful with the framework of the site being on Next.js.

Before selecting Outliant, we vetted 4 companies as candidates for our implementation partner. Hands down, Outliant provided the most thorough proposal. You could tell that they had spent a lot of time getting familiar with our web properties, which enabled them to provide a realistic timeline and cost for this very important strategic initiative.

We expect to be able to completely revamp ~20 websites in 17 months. This is an extremely aggressive timeline, which we believe would not have been possible using only existing internal resources.

Their communication style is awesome. We speak weekly in a formal readout and also have a Slack channel going with daily communication as needed. Overall, the team is very responsive.

I’m the digital merchandising and marketplace expansion manager of Catcaster, a home services company. We’re the leader in glue-based pest control products.

We hired Ignite Visibility to optimize the website’s SEO to increase our keyword rankings, improve our conversion rate through a CRO A/B testing program, and implement the winning version on the backend.

Ignite Visibility’s scope covered end-to-end SEO, digital PR, CRO, and supporting Shopify web development. They performed technical site audits and ongoing technical fixes, including site speed reviews and optimization, top navigation and homepage recommendations, blog and page clean-up, redirects and redirect fixes, checkout and menu troubleshooting, and GA4/Shopify discrepancy and pixel-event debugging.Moreover, Ignite Visibility executed SEO strategy and content work, including keyword research and recommendations, competitor analysis, thin-content remediation, new/updated collection and product detail pages, mobile design improvements, PDP revisions, schema/author markup updates, broader schema recommendations, Google Merchant Center audits/optimizations, and creation of new guides/comparison content.Additionally, the team managed off-page SEO, including backlink/toxic backlink audits, disavow, and periodic backlink analyses. They ran recurring digital PR outreach, including monthly outreach blocks with spokesperson alignment. Ignite Visibility also implemented CRO initiatives, including at least one CRO test, such as a dynamic carousel and quick-add/add-to-cart enhancements.Finally, the team addressed AI search readiness items, including LLMs.txt and robots.txt configurations for AI crawlers, plus reporting on how PR/SEO impacts AI answers. They also delivered ongoing client communication and reporting through quarterly business reviews (QBRs).

We saw an increase in our conversion rate from Ignite Visibility’s CRO work, alongside improved organic search visibility and traffic from their SEO and digital PR efforts. These results were supported by smoother site operations through ongoing web development improvements.Rather than one standalone tactic driving results, the biggest impact came from the combined lift of Ignite Visibility’s SEO program (technical cleanup + content improvements + authority work) alongside CRO and web development. The CRO work had a particularly measurable effect, improving our conversion rate by ~60%. Meanwhile, the web development support streamlined day-to-day operations and made it easier to implement and maintain site changes quickly.
