I am writing to express our utmost appreciation and satisfaction with the exceptional services provided by Ignite over the past year. As a company operating in a very niche sector of the healthcare industry, we were initially concerned about finding a partner that could thoroughly understand our unique needs. However, Ignite has exceeded our expectations in every aspect.

Their work was utter trash, to say the least. Website took well over 9 months to actually complete, and they tried to hide their incompetency by omitting the fact that for several months, they actually never worked on the site in the first place. When confronted, they admitted it, and rushed the website. They paid for a theme and just built on it, with another developer based in India. No measurable improvement in any statistic, and some deliverables were imcomplete and never given.

None of my items were delivered on time, whether it was creative deliverables or my website. Sometimes I won't hear from them for days on end. It was escalated to John, the "VP" of Ignite, was just pretending to be a "yes" man through the entire conversation and claimed to take ownership of everything, was all talk. It got so bad that I had to get an attorney, and despite having an attorney, they don't respond anymore either.

I'm impressed by all of these 5 star reviews, how can a company get so many great reviews that outsource all their work to India and never take accountability?

Christian has deep industry knowledge and experience that is helpful from a strategy perspective. Ryan is personable, friendly, organized, interested in helping us achieve our goals, and thorough. We're now working with Parker as well, and he is demonstrating similar qualities.

Hired actors for UGC ads didn't pan out in the way we hoped. But I don't hold Ignite accountable for this, per se. It was simply a test that didn't fly in the ways we hoped it would.

We wanted a partner who would be proactive in their suggestions on where we were falling in line with our competitors and looking for opportunities. It was also important to find a partner who were going to keep on top of the technical and ongoing changes within the market and making sure that our organic visibility was not suffering due to changes.

Bi-weekly meetings catching up on ideas and progression of any goals. Quarterly Business Reviews with in depth analysis of performance show honestly where we are, where things are going well and where things could be better.

Great at responding to our ideas and delivering new ideas to sometimes tight schedules, e.g product launches. They offer proactive project management and creative ideas.

I think the Ignite Visibility does a great job and doesn't require much improvement. Important to continue evaluating competitors that are simlar in size and in key markets where we do business. Helping the PSS team understand those competitors key strengths and weaknesses, their strategies, online content and user engagements.
