I’m the founder and CEO of a legal tech company called iLegal Solutions Limited, focusing on offering services through machine learning and AI. We're building an AI-powered robotic advisory service in Arabic and English.
What challenge were you trying to address with GameIN?
Building the platform and ensuring its engagement properly with our mission and vision.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Building from scratch, developing and creating everything. this was and currently still is a tedious challenge but with every challenge there is an opportunity to develop. with a can do positive attitude the team has, everything can be achieved, albeit takes longer dependent on resources involved.
What is the team composition?
various team members, though non-dedicated, which led to delays. but in recent month we managed to have dedicated team members and are striding forward properly.
How did you come to work with GameIN?
Knowing the founder from young age, working together on different projects in the past and being able to rely on him and having trust in him led me to want to build this venture with him.
How much have you invested with them?
Total investment up till July 2024 about USD 140K and still on going.
What is the status of this engagement?
Still on going with dedicated staff members performing and reporting directly to us.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The platform is developed and is in the last stroll before being rolled out. with major integrations happening in the back-end and tidying up loopholes and ensuring cyber security is managed properly. Evidence will show itself once we launch officially in Q3/Q4 2024.
How did GameIN perform from a project management standpoint?
With every new team and new integrations comes challenges. At the beginning, we were working with a team based out of India, the services were lacking at the beginning and communication was not at best, But when the team from India was dismissed, and we were transitioned to work with the team from Egypt, that helped boost our work much better due to many capabilities and specifically the ability to understand Arabic as we are building a bilingual AI platform that requires certain Arabic strength on the developing side.
Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?
I want to shout out Ali's work. We've been friends for several years, and he has supported me on software integrations and other tasks, which I really appreciate.
What did you find most impressive about them?
out of the box thinking, willing to make the change, can do attitude, Dont have NO as an Answer, Positive attitude.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Communications at certain instances related to English capabilities when dealing with the dedicated development team, but this is expected when hiring junior members and at least for myself, they have shown me development and growth. Further commitment from the dedicated team should be also shown as for a team to grow they must engage in more R&D in their own time. this is not a 9-5 job and we rest afterwords. we work in a robust competitive and challenging market and expect that our team members are up to the task else they wouldn't last with us and we wouldn't have an edge to this new legal tech market in the region. Lastly excuses on delays re-timely commitments. This needs to improve.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
Ensure KPI and milestones are agreed upon in writing in advance and ensure having daily meetings at the beginning to ensure all are on track of delivery. This will ensure work is not delayed and is consistent to what has been agreed.
