GameIN's project management was methodical and well-organized. Weekly stand-ups were held via video calls, and they used Asana to track tasks and milestones, which gave us real-time visibility into progress.

They were also incredibly adaptive. For example, when we faced bandwidth issues during a live demo, their tech support team reconfigured the network setup on-site within 20 minutes, preventing what could have been an embarrassing technical hiccup.

If there’s one area for improvement, it would be their documentation style. While their communication was always clear, some of their handover documents—especially around the AR components—could have been more visual and beginner-friendly for our internal team to manage after the event.

GameIN’s project management was nothing short of stellar. We were assigned a dedicated project manager who maintained weekly stand-ups, bi-weekly sprint reviews, and maintained a transparent dashboard using tools like Notion and Jira.

What set GameIN apart was their ability to bridge imagination with implementation. It’s easy to find technically proficient vendors. What’s rare is a team that can take something as conceptually dense as infrastructure automation and turn it into an intuitive and emotionally resonant experience.

GameIN’s project management was exceptional. They used a combination of Monday.com for task tracking and Slack channels for real-time communication. Their team led bi-weekly status meetings, provided detailed documentation, and were proactively transparent about timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.

GameIN’s blend of creativity and technical acumen was easily the standout element. Many companies can produce an event or create an app, but very few can design an ecosystem of engagement where all elements—virtual and physical—feel thoughtfully interwoven.

There was very little that fell short, but if we were to point out one area for growth, it would be in the handover documentation post-project.
