I’m a technical product manager at Binyan Studios, an architectural visualization company. We create CGI images and animations for property developers and architects worldwide. We’ve recently broken into the digital experience space and have built products for sales galleries and sales tools.

We needed help moving into the Middle East to do some more enterprise-level development. We had a business-grade product for selling property that we’d been using in places like the US, Europe, and Australia. We put in a tender for a Middle Eastern project in Saudi Arabia, which had much stricter requirements when it came to data sovereignty, security, and integrations. Everything was way more technical than what we were used to, so we went out looking for an enterprise-grade partner.

Fingent has helped us develop software, build user stories and journeys, and re-architect the whole product from the ground up. We originally gave them a copy of our code for our business-level tool, but they thought it would be easier to start from scratch, considering the project’s requirements.

We’re mainly in contact with 2–3 teammates, including Sara (Business Analyst), Mira (Project Manager), and Matthew (Client Relationship Manager).

We had engaged them many moons ago to build the original project, which was before I joined the company. We decided to go with a different partner who could provide more in-house development experience. When we had to do this project, we were looking through old documentation, and Fingent’s name popped up again.

We have them on retainer for about $26,000 a month, but that price fluctuates up and down. It’s been significantly down for the past six months as we’ve moved into the delivery phase. We’ve spent around $400,000.

We started working with them in November 2023, and our partnership is ongoing.

We consider the software a success. It’s one of our main business development tools that our team shares when trying to win any project now that we work on. The fact that we could do this project allowed us to generate an extra $2 million worth of work outside of the project that was scoped for.

They’ve met their deadlines. The Saudi client has been volatile in their requirement standards, so we’ve gone over budget, but that’s not because of Fingent. They have their own custom project management tool, but we communicate predominantly via email.

We’re extremely impressed with their ability to work with the client without direct supervision. Sara and Mira have really proven themselves and earned a lot of trust. Matthew is also fantastic.

The handover and final production delivery phases haven’t been as smooth, but I’m unsure if that’s because of them or the client. Even that clarity might be the only comment I can make about them. It wouldn’t diminish from a five-star rating for me, though. They’ve been fantastic.

Be responsive. Their project tool and methodology are quite good. They explain the user story and have all the acceptance criteria laid out, and you have to accept that on a per-page or per-feature basis. It’s a lot of work to get through that, but that work is so valuable because there’s nothing stopping them from delivering that page or feature.

The client loves the website. Fingent is very helpful, supportive, and educational. They educate us on why things happen and are ready to go with us step by step. They’re open to any discussion, which makes them very patient.

They’re very proactive, fast, and responsive. They meet deadlines and stay on budget. They even work on weekends. We use OpenProject for project management. We communicate via email, Zoom, or WhatsApp, depending on the urgency of the situation.

Fingent is a good analyst. They question us strategically and think with us.

They could hire more people to be more tech-oriented and not focus on one aspect of a technology stack.

Deadlines: Fingent were diligent about meeting their deadlines. They would follow after me for things that they needed in effort to meet their deadline.

Their project management was exceptional. They were focused on delivering. They would keep me in the timeline (I can be terrible about meeting deadlines--even my own--and they would kindly remind me about what they needed in order to keep deadlines). The team was great with communication, would meet any time I needed, would resolve my issues right away. The team also was so kind and caring to me. They became like friends where I felt connected to them and felt as if they cared about me. They were also highly skilled and professional. They knew how to do the job and somehow figured out how to make my dream a reality, even though I couldn't figure that out.

Fingent is honest. They don't slip in extra expenses. They don't lie about the amount of time it takes to do something. They are very reasonable in their pricing. They also are kind and patient. They care about the people that they work with and even when people were promoted and no longer on the project, they would stay connected to the project for as long as necessary to ensure a smooth transition. I guess the most impressive thing about Fingent as that they are trustworthy. I could trust what they say and what they were doing, and that has never changed.

I do not have any areas for improvement, honestly, as they delivered above my expectations.

I needed help with the development of a mobile application.

Fingent helped me with the design of mock-up screens and the architectural development layout. Fingent and I discussed the scope and price, and exchanged non-disclosure agreements. We had a little back and forth, and then we had an analysis phase to sort of map out what I wanted. Fingent gave me a quote and timeline.

I was in constant communication with three primary people, but I worked with a UX designer, a project manager, a scope of work manager, and a person who did some of the legal work. There were also 2–3 other teammates working on research and integration stuff.

I found them through a Google search. I looked up a few options, and Fingent was listed a few different times as a good option. I contacted several companies, and Fingent was the first to communicate. We set up a call, and they walked me through what they could offer.

The project cost $12,500.

We worked together from July to September 2025.

Fingent helped me visualize what the app could become. We did a lot of groundwork. We don't have an MVP yet, but the team offered an idea of the build cost, and I have mock-up screens for a demo. Fingent's work met my expectations.

Fingent was a pleasure to work with. They communicated clearly and were very organized. The team was also responsive and flexible with what we focused on. We used OpenProject for project management and Zoom and email for communication. Fingent also used Figma to create and annotate the mock-ups.

No, there weren't any. I'm new at this, but Fingent did a good job. I wasn't sure to move forward because of my lack of experience, but the team was upfront and helpful.

Be clear about what you want to include in the scope. Fingent's structure is that you pay by timeline, not by scope. Some people don't like to do that, and I was hesitant because sometimes the scope of work can go longer and cost more. However, for this analysis phase, it was a good idea.

Fingent supported us in developing mobile applications for various financial products. Their team handled project management in close collaboration with our mobile tech lead and product owner. They also provided business analysis, helping us clearly define and refine requirements, then translating them into well-structured epics, user stories, and tasks that aligned with our project timeline.
