I’m the founder and CEO of a personal finance management solutions provider for consumers.

Everything related to our service is very difficult to use for consumers, so we needed to create a good UI/UX. Although we had hired others to create the UI/UX, we always got stuck at some point. As our goal was to make it better and innovate it continuously, we connected with Excited and hired them as our partner design agency.

Excited has provided us with UI/UX design services for our mobile app. Still, they’re so good that we’ll also work with them to design and develop a new website. As for the technology stack, Excited mostly uses Figma to create the designs, UX, and process flows.

I’ve worked with the head of design, two UI/UX specialists, a graphic designer, a brand strategist, and a website development specialist. The developer partly works as a QA engineer who has checked all the designs to ensure everything is correct.

I usually search for new partners myself on Google. For this engagement, I looked at various teams and assessed their capabilities and skills. After that, I got in touch with them to hear their ideas, what they’re currently working on, and what they had done in the past.

We’ve spent between $200,000–$400,000. They’re quite an expensive team.

We started working together around March 2023, and our engagement is ongoing. We’ll continue working together for much longer.

We recently achieved two bronze awards from the Lovie Awards for a couple of the designs we created with Excited, which was an impressive measure of success. These awards included the people’s award, which means that a lot of people voted for us.

Excited is great at delivering on time, keeping in mind that designing something excellent takes time. Therefore, we don’t necessarily work using deadlines to avoid unnecessarily forcing people to finish their job. Of course, we have internal deadlines, but those deadlines consider both design and development.

Excited is a very smart team; they can think outside the box. Finding a team that can work creatively on an already-designed mobile app is very difficult. This project has been a very challenging assignment for them.

I haven’t experienced any area in which Excited could improve. We’re a very good team, so whenever there’s a problem, we work on solving it together. We always talk with each other and highlight the issue, which oftentimes is something very simple to solve.

Do some research on what you want. Hiring a design team is just one part of the process. You also need to be very thorough in your own research so that you can properly brief the design team on what you want them to do. This will make the process a lot easier.

Excited Agency was engaged to build BlueNexus's public-facing digital presence across website development, email marketing infrastructure, and brand design assets.

Prior to engaging Excited, BlueNexus had no production-ready website, no email marketing infrastructure, and no brand design assets. By the end of the engagement we had a fully functional Webflow site across all core pages, a live MailerLite setup with automated blog-to-subscriber delivery, and a complete library of email and social design templates ready for use. The waitlist and blog subscriber forms went live and began capturing leads immediately. From a standing start, the team delivered a professional, brand-consistent digital presence that we're actively using — that's the most meaningful outcome for a startup at our stage.

The team at Excited were responsive, reliable, and consistently delivered on time throughout the engagement. Beyond execution, what stood out was how genuinely invested the whole team were — All equally & meaningfully contributing to creative thinking and UX flow, not just their assigned tasks. We needed help with website design and development.

Excited has designed and developed our website. We initially provided them with documentation to jumpstart the process. The team has used Figma and Adobe for design and Webflow for development. The website is an informational site with a subscription system. Excited has also created our website's content. They now provide maintenance.

We’ve worked with five teammates from Excited, including the owner, a design director, a copywriter, and a Webflow developer.

We found them online. We contacted them, and they quickly got back to us. We had a short call during which they presented their company and did a great job explaining what they do, who their customers are, and what services they provide. They also showed us a demonstration of the work they’ve done.

Excited delivers work on time and within budget. We use Notion for project management and Slack for communication.

We needed help with UI design.

Excited has been helping us with UI design. We started from scratch, although I had the initial idea, so I was able to give them documents. The team has helped us along the way. They use Figma for the designs, which is a great tool.

I work with three teammates from Excited: Oleksandr, who is the co-founder of the company, and Anastasiia and Natalia, who are designers and the backbone of the design team.

I have a friend who was using them for some services as well, and he recommended Excited to me. I met with Oleksandr and came up with a plan. The pricing structure seemed great, and we had prompt meetings, so we were able to get started quickly. They set me up with a team, and everything has been great since then.

We’ve spent under $30,000 so far. We expect the total spend for the first phase of this project to be around $40,000.

We started working together in February 2025, and our relationship is ongoing. We’re expected to wrap up this phase around June 10th, but I would use them again for phase two.

I have a prototype in Figma, and the design looks great. I’m very happy with it. It’s a good design, and I think people will be excited about it when we launch and go live.

Excited's project management is very good. They’re on time and on budget. We have meetings twice a week to go over design additions or changes. We use Google Meet for our meetings. I also use Figma and Slack to communicate.

After I met Oleksandr, he was prompt in finding a team available to help me start quickly. Their communication is great as well. All of those things are very important, especially when trying to move forward.

I don’t recognize any areas of improvement. Excited has been great, especially doing remote work.
