I’m a resource mobilization manager for the M.S. Chellamuthu Trust and Research Foundation, an NGO that cares for homeless persons affected with mental illness. We’re based in Tamil Nadu, India, in a city called Madurai. We operate in three districts there, and we also run awareness programs for students.

We needed an external aid or consultant that could help us with the technical part of our online promotion.

No, there aren’t any.

Regardless of who you’re doing business with, you must have some knowledge of success metrics. You should also understand how your goals can be achieved. Otherwise, the business relationship will be difficult for all parties. You might have unrealistic expectations or not know how fast things can happen. In other words, you must educate yourself.

We’ve engaged Dot Com Infoway to handle our marketing efforts since we’ve found it challenging to secure organic traffic growth on our own. Emizen Tech has a team of good communicators — they see to it that each project phase is digestible for our team and the technical terms are explained in a language we understand. More importantly, they’re always prepared with productive suggestions and reliable references.
