I'm the CEO of the Company M/s Samartu Labs which is the developer of the Healthcare product, Healthinary

We engaged DCI for developing Healthinary app. The goals were to have a trustable, safe, robust, scalable app all developed within limited time frame.

The resultant product was called Healthinary, which functions as a hospital management app. Its features are centered on patient management as a whole. For example, it helps keep track of patient status through accurate and responsive readings.

Not for the moment.

Besides meeting our expectations, they kept communication lines open and are overall very adaptive to our fluctuating needs. They quickly figured out how we want the app to feel and function, and most of the project had been smooth sailing, to say the least.

It’s their sheer focus on the project and their dedication to customer service and ensuring the quality of their final product. It doesn’t take a genius to see that they love what they’re doing.

I’m a developer at Maruti Apps, a file management Android app.

We needed to get traction for an Android app that we launched.

We partner with Dot Com Infoway for the marketing and promotion of our Android app. They handle everything end-to-end.

We interact with 2–3 people, including a project manager, on a daily basis.

Dot Com Infoway sent us an email describing their company profile and how they could help us. They fit our budget compared to other agencies, and they seemed to be very knowledgeable.

My company has spent $1,400.

We started working together in January 2021, and the work is ongoing.

They promised a minimum of 5,000 installs, and we’ve seen 1,300 over the last couple of weeks. We’ve seen a huge increase in traffic, and conversions have increased tremendously. Their market positioning work has driven organic downloads and helped our app gain traction.

Dot Com Infoway is always available when I need them, and they never miss any deadlines. They use Basecamp.

They’re very flexible and honest, and they are really knowledgeable in marketing. The main aspect I like is that they take on the product as their own.

They could consider where their clients are located when scheduling a meeting, although it’s not a big deal for me.

They’re flexible. Before you hire them, you can do a market study on your own to minimize the journey.

I’m the CEO and co-founder of Bay Area Technology Solutions, a technology solutions provider.

We needed help with digital marketing.

We engaged them for digital marketing for our products. They do campaign targeting using social media and content marketing tactics. They do SEO, paid advertising, and Google Ads as well.

There are 4–5 people. Our main point of contact is the project lead.

We chose them because of their past work and their competitive prices.

We’ve spent about $2,000.

We started working together in August 2020, and the work is ongoing. We’re almost done with the project.

They provide a weekly report and day-to-day updates on what they’re doing.

Project management is good. They use Basecamp, and that’s where we mostly communicate.

They’re accessible and reachable. They’re easy to work with.

There were some changes in the plan initially. They should make sure the overall processes are well planned out ahead of time. In other words, put in more work initially, so they don’t have to spend extra time sorting things out later.

I don’t have any advice at the moment.

I’m the president of the nonprofit Associates of St. John Bosco.

We were trying to develop an app that would provide networking materials for college students to connect with campus ministries.

The designed and developed the app from start to finish, and the solution is now available in both iOS and Android.

I only interacted with two people primarily from their organization. In the beginning, we worked with a sales team. Then, we had one main contact for the process of the app build.

I asked one of our department heads to find three bids, and Dot Com Infoway was one of the top two companies. We negotiated back and forth until they came out as the best option. We decided to go with them because they were able to create the app from start-to-finish.

We’ve invested about $15,000 with them so far.

Our original contact with them was somewhere around April of 2019, and we’re still working with them.

Overall, we’ve been satisfied. They deliver good quality work. There have been some kinks, and it’s taken longer than they originally said. The original estimate was three months, and it’s dragged on for at least a year. However, there were delays from our end at times.

In general, they performed well. They were very receptive to feedback. Whenever we wrote feedback, we’d get a very good response in 3-4 days, and they’d be open to making the changes that we asked. Their process was fairly clear, and they were adaptive as well.

They understood what we wanted, and the deliverable is almost identical to what I had envisioned. I’m happy that the product I envisioned is now a reality, and they were able to make that happen.

If they’re working with clients from other time zones, they need to be available when their clients are working. They also need to make sure they have an effective means of communication.

When you go into a project, you’ll want three things: good quality, good cost, and a good timeline. Usually, you only get two of these things. With this company, you’re going to get good quality and good cost, but not within a good time. For me, it was worth it. I’m very happy with our app, it just took longer.

I had very good engagement from the Sales team to the project management team and every member allocated in our project. All team members understood exactly what our issues and challenges are worked with us patiently to achieve a better outcome The team used project management CRM to keep me updated with the activities and progress as well as gave me the opportunity to ask ad-hoc questions

Our google ranking improved by 40% in the first 2 months and progressed further every month. Our sales conversions were increasing steadily at 6% a month which was above our target set initially.

Even though there was time difference, the team delivered a fantastic output and having multi-platform communication tools, it really helped us to be in touch with them whenever we wanted and got the job done well ahead of time.

Their level of team engagement, knowledge in this field, and project transparency set them apart.

The team is always thriving to get assistance from consultants in another field of expertise to provide a better experience for customers like us. I appreciate the ongoing support.
