I am a Project Manager at a consulting organizations for medical device businesses.

We are developing a software system to aid our clients in managing quality and regulatory documentation. We initially developed our own solution using a low-code platform, but we quickly realized that solution was not scalable.

We requested quotes from several software development companies. These companies ranged in size from 1-2 people to hundreds of people. One of the deciding factors was the depth of expertise with the Cleveroad team.

We are just finishing with the planning phase for our MVP and are moving into the design phase. The planning phase has laid out the details of the project in specifications/user stories. We've also approved preliminary screen designs at this point.

We are still in the beginning stages of development so measurable outcomes are limited now.

We engaged Cleveroad to modernize our application’s frontend by moving it onto React and updating select pieces of the supporting business logic. Key deliverables included: Rebuilding the app’s main screens and cards, along with their UI logic, in React JS. Updating parts of the business logic layer to align with the new frontend.

A few outcomes stand out for us: A high volume of components, pages, and cards rewritten in ReactJS. Full migration off our legacy RactiveJS framework to ReactJS.

Cleveroad supported us in designing and developing a SaaS corporate learning platform for external clients intended to replace our previous system. Despite the signifi cant time zone diff erences between Europe and Latin America, we did not experience any delays or communication issues. After completing the Discovery phase, Cleveroad proceeded with the development stage, delivering agreed milestones according to the established timeline. The work completed so far has followed the planned schedule.The project manager maintained consistent communication through meetings, emails, and messengers, ensuring full transparency throughout the process. The team was responsive to our feedback, adjusted priorities when necessary, and proactively clarifi ed technical decisions to keep the project aligned with our expectations.

What stood out most was Cleveroad’s ability to translate our business vision into a structured and scalable technical solution. Beyond documenting requirements, they carefully engineered the system architecture, considering role-based logic, multi-tenant structure, and integration with a government program.We also evaluated vendors from Latin America before making our decision. Ultimately, we chose Cleveroad for their structured approach, technical depth, and clarity in the early stages. Looking back, we do not regret that decision. The project was delivered on time and within budget. During the beta phase, around 200 creators actively used the platform and generated more than 5,000 posts. At the current stage, over 1,000 “cubes” are shared daily, showing steady user adoption and engagement.

Cleveroad delivered all agreed milestones within our nine-month timeline. Since the project started with a structured discovery phase, we didn’t encounter any scope issues later. Their project management was well-structured and highly responsible. The team was responsive to our needs, flexible when discussing trade-offs, and proactive in suggesting solutions that fit our timeline and budget.

What stood out most was how well they understood our product from the beginning. The solution design workshop and early clickable prototype showed that they truly grasped our vision. We also appreciated their willingness to adapt to a tight budget and propose a smarter team setup instead of pushing a fixed, expensive approach.

No major areas for improvement come to mind. Overall, the collaboration was smooth, and the team delivered what we needed within the constraints we had.
