We recently had the pleasure of working with BairesDev for the development of our React-based front-end application, Python backend server, and Note, Python, and Java SDKs. Key Deliverables:

Working with BairesDev, we saw real progress every week. Our way of tracking success was simple: we had weekly sprints and at the end of each week, the BairesDev team showed us what they'd done. It was more than just updates; they always had something solid and impressive to show. This regular check-in gave us a clear picture of how the project was moving forward and reassured us that we were on the right track.

BairesDev nailed it when it came to fitting into our team. We went with a staff augmentation approach and it felt like they were always part of our team. They were in on all our sprint meetings, just like any other engineer we had. They were always around during our usual working hours. If we had a question or needed something, they were just a message away - super responsive. It was like having an extra team member who was always ready to jump in. I’m the director of development at an all-in-one e-commerce and marketing platform designed specifically for local bike shops. We help them transform their websites into interactive sales and content hubs to compete in the evolving retail market.

We needed embedded developers to quickly expand our team and build greenfield features.

BairesDev primarily worked on our POS product and surrounding services. The team worked on many aspects, including payment processing, inventory, reporting, and sales management.

It varied throughout the years depending on budget and project needs. We ended up with five strong developers who worked with us for many of those years.

We found them through an online search. They had high ratings, and their pricing fit our budget.

BairesDev delivered features to production and solved bugs. We also received positive feedback from our POS beta onboarding. The team was very strong, and each developer was a strong contributor. They continued to be great even after we moved on from POS development.

They delivered on time. We primarily communicated through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

They were able to fill gaps in skills quickly and move developers in and out seamlessly early on while we were scaling up. After we matured and scaled back, they were consistent with the team we had.

We had a lot of churn of developers early on as they were working to understand our needs and business.

I'm the Executive Vice President of Pegnato Roof Intelligence Network, LLC. We are a data drive roof management platform. Assisting our national commercial clients in managing their roof portfolios and using data to assist in decision making.

We launch our platform in 2018 and have been sourcing various teams, individuals to help us in maintaining our cloud base platform as well as enhancing. We were looking for a dedicated person or team to taken our platform to the next level and ensure it's efficiency.

We searched online and through various recommendations for developers. After meeting with a few other companies we thought to give Barisdev a shot. We were hesitant on working with a company that outsourced as we essentially wanted our own employee but turns out this was the better route to go.

We had outstanding tickets in Jira plus many issues with our current platform. Our system was recently upgraded by our originally developer but he was on his way out focusing on another project. We were able to meet with the Barisdev team review our company and what issues we were having and right away they caught on and got to work. We use Mongo DB, Java React, and Meteor.

We work closely with Phillip our lead developer. We also have a few others whom we meet with monthly and quarterly to discuss how the project is going as well as plans for the future.

After working with Phillipe and Barisdev team our internal team has seen a dramatic change in the efficiency and ease of working in the system. Our system downtime has decreased by 80%. Their response time to issues is immediate as well as the progress on enhancements has been substantial.

I meet with Phillipe our lead developer as often as needed and communicate with him daily. Our other team members I meet with monthly and quarterly.

Phillipe is one of the best communicators and dedicated worker I have ever experienced. Anything I request, I know will be done and done quickly. He is truly one of the best.

I'm a Fractional CTO that works with several companies to optimize development processes and teams for high growth.

We needed additional development expertise. Being spread throughout the US, we have time zone challenges. We needed a partner that would be available during our range of working hours to avoid the "over the wall" development disappointment. BairesDev brought talent from Central and South America which integrated directly into our teams to maximize our productivity.

We found them via referral from a close friend that is also a VP of Engineering. he has worked with them for several years as well and continues to be impressed with the team.

We are building a customer-facing portal using a mix of COTS products, integration tools, and custom development. Our product components are hosted in Azure and developed with .NET. We follow an Agile development process using Azure DevOps for ALM.

I love the on-boarding process. No interviews for my team! If the person they screened doesn't work out, we get a replacement. Easy peasy.
