I’m the CEO of Magnify Technologies, an app development company. We create native apps and deploy them on the app stores.

We needed help with the growth of our app in terms of downloads, conversions, and revenue.

We’re working with Applica’s product and ASO teams to manage our ASO and App Store ads. The product team looks at the app’s UI and finds ways to improve it. The analyst examines competitor apps to see what they’re doing and considers that for our app. The ASO team works on increasing our app’s visibility.

We work with a product manager, a business analyst, and an ASO expert. In fact, there are two analysts working together, and there’s also a designer working on the UI. On the ASO side, the lead person has an assistant. I’ll be working with one of Applica's developers as well, but I don’t have one at the moment.

I found them on Google while looking for an app growth company. I’ve worked with many talented people from Ukraine, and Applica is based there. Our initial meetings were easy, and it was easy to communicate with them. They seemed to have a clear plan, and they were also affordable, so I decided to give them a try.

We’ve seen monthly improvements in our app’s visibility, with up to 30% more product page views and downloads. The ASO side is working really well. We’re also seeing improvements in revenue. Still, these things take some time, so I expect to see the full results in about six months.

Applica always puts out a clear roadmap of what they’re doing, and we’re always hitting those marks. We use Slack for communication, and all of the projects are organized on Notion. Overall, they're all doing a great job.

I’ve worked with other people, and I’m confident that Applica knows what they’re doing. They use cutting-edge technologies and stay up to date with industry standards. Their plan is a lot more impressive than other companies. Their design work and what they want to implement is top-notch, and overall, the quality of their work is the best I’ve seen.

I can’t think of anything they could improve on at the moment.
