I am a solopreneur with software in the logistics space (mobile and web app - SaaS).

I hired App Radar for App Store Optimization (ASO) Audit, ASO Metadata/Keyword Updates and ASO Creative Update. Goal was to get the mobile store visibility up to a healthy level.

I found AppRadar via a Google search and the combination between the AppRadar Tool and their Services led me to believe they are the best for the job.

First step was the audit of the current state of our App Store Optimization. With these insights we moved to update the mobile store Metadata (Android) and Keywords (iOS). In parallel the text as well as the screenshots were re-written / newly designed.

Main contact was the project manager but technically I would also have access to the rest of the project team via a shared Slack channel (5 people)

The number of downloads / trials of the mobile app increased significantly. At this point the mobile registrations (Android and iOS) outweighs the web registrations of 75% to 25%.

The first design of the screenshot was right on point. Although knowing AppRadar delivers great work by their reference projects I was happy to see they understood the needs right away.

I’m a project manager for an online dating portal.

We engaged App Radar to help us market and advertise our mobile application.

App Radar app store optimization (ASO) efforts for the App Store and Google Play Store. They wrote descriptions, managed updates, and started paid user acquisition campaigns for Facebook, Snapchat, and Twitter. Additionally, they helped us with keyword research.

We found App Radar on Google while searching for service providers.

We’ve invested about €50,000 (approximately $49,000 USD) in the partnership with App Radar.

We worked with App Radar from September 2021–October 2022.

We used various KPIs to measure the performance of the ASO and advertising campaigns, and App Radar accomplished everything we agreed on.

App Radar managed the project well; they met deadlines and communicated effectively via Skype and email. We also used Google Meet for calls. The team provided detailed monthly performance reports to track the progress of our user acquisition campaigns and keyword research efforts, which was helpful.

We were impressed with App Radar’s dedication to our project. The team was willing and ready to help with tough tasks outside the regular scope. They stepped in to share their expertise whenever we had questions or needed help.

In some cases, I wish App Radar could’ve done things exactly how I would have, but that’s an unrealistic expectation, not a suggestion for improvement.

Don’t be afraid to ask App Radar for out-of-the-box suggestions because they’ll be able to deliver.

We are a technology company that provides on-demand labor flexibility to the manufacturing, logistics, and distribution industries. I am the Director of Customer Support.

We were originally looking into how to flip some of our negative app store ratings and looking for tools to address this. When we found App Radar, they opened our eyes to App Store Optimization and the ways their platform could help us impact our position in the app store. We were casting a wide net before and now we are acquiring users more strategically.

Value was the final decision-maker for us. The competitors that we vetted had a few more features that we liked, but App Radar was the best-priced tool that did everything we needed.

We had a few preliminary calls to ensure all the proper stakehodlers were present. They then did an audit of both our postings in the App Store and Google Play Store to show us where we had room for improvement and where we were already winning. From there, they provided copy and content that we could use to optimize our keywords and made suggestions based on companies in our same industry. We opted to make all of the changes ourselves, but this was something that App Radar was willing to help with as well.

We worked with about 3 people on this project: a Customer Success Manager, an App Marketing Manager, and an App Store Auditor (I do not know the technical title of this last person but they assisted with the audit).

We saw an increase in strategic user acquisition. We also improved our position in the app stores with addition of new keywords into our descriptions and titles. We found that we were using the wrong device in some of our screenshots, so we were able to make this correction and ensure that we are putting our best foot forward with prospective users. This project was very much a success for our company.

Even being separated by multiple time zones and an ocean, we were able to find a time that worked for both companies to meet. We also were able to setup a shared Slack channel for less critical communication. We were happy with the workflow.

We were so happy with the level of expertise from Jakob and Deniz. They were very helpful and patient as we were learning about ASO.

I’m the senior marketing manager at a company that provides marketing and online distribution channels for customers who want their ads published online. We specialize in native advertising on gaming platforms.

We had a customer that developed a new app to trade livestock online. So, we needed App Radar Agency to work with us on ads since they are professional app marketers.

App Radar Agency provides advertising support on the Google and Apple app stores. We also tapped into their services for online marketing and advertising support on social media platforms. They offer a complete service package that we support by providing marketing taglines and content suggestions.

Several different costs are associated with this partnership, including the fixed-cost service fee and the set-up costs. In total, we’ve €35,000–€40,000 (approximately $34,000–$39,000 USD).

Our ongoing partnership began in June 2021.

We generally measure success through our KPIs to determine how successful the app is in the app stores. So far, the advertising efforts are working.

App Radar Agency is very good at meeting our deadlines, especially since Luiza has taken over our account. Since we’re just serving as a go-between, it can be challenging to communicate campaign changes between our customer and App Radar Agency. However, App Radar Agency is always one step ahead, so we’re very happy with them.

The communication and personalized service Luiza provides are amazing.

The scope of services App Radar Agency provides is rather small, but because our customer is small, their services are perfect.

I am the App Store Optimization Manager at adidas Runtastic, managing any ASO related measures for the adidas Running and adidas Training Apps.

With just one person looking after App Store Optimization, we were looking for support on managing Keyword Optimizations for our nine core markets as well as a project focusing on optimizing our screenshot content and layout displayed on both Google Play and the Apple App store to increase user engagement and conversion rates.

We had many meetings to get to know different vendors of that sector, and after evaluating different offers we felt that the team at App Radar would be the ideal partner to tackle our ASO challenges.

The project, which is still ongoing involved bi-weekly calls and monthly implementations of keywords updates for adidas Running. It included regular updates and reports on the App performance as well as suggestions for additional implementations throughout the project. Additionally, a consultation of our current store assets, in particular, store screenshots has been made, after which several (still ongoing) rounds of A/B testing in our core markets followed to improve our store conversion rates and improve screenshot designs according to our user's needs.

On a regular base, we worked with two App Marketing Managers and got support from their Localization and Design team.

Throughout the project we were able to track improved performance related to the keyword measures (such as the number of ranked keywords, improved category rankings, etc.) as well as increased CVRs in our stores related to the screenshot updates.

Through our regular communication on Slack as well as bi-weekly calls, we were able to maintain an efficient workflow.

Besides the know-how and learnings we were able to gather through the ASO measures along the whole project, we also got a very insightful audit for our paid user acquisition ads. App Radar reviewed our ads which were running in different advertising channels and they provided us with many useful insights to also improve our paid UA performance.

As we only started the bi-weekly calls after 3 months in, I would suggest to having that already right from a start.
