We are the leading manufacturers of Blister Packaging Machines in the world. Our machines not only offer the best performance and efficiency but also have been designed by leading designers in Italy. Unfortunately, the interface to operate the machine was below par and was not very user friendly. We needed it to be easy to use, visually appealing to a global audience and designed for quick task completion.

Sales of our new machines have increased 3X post the launch of the new designs.

Our original website required an update to better service our customer and partner base. We wanted to pay close attention to the user experience to ensure the time spent on our site was valuable to our target audience. Zeux was a natural fit to help us significantly improve our UX and the user satisfaction with our website.

I have worked with Zeux in a previous company and knew of their methodology, expertise and strong team culture. They listen well to our needs and translate these factors into meaningful results. Our updated website demonstrates an improved view of our organization and the products that we deliver to the market.

We worked closely with Zeux to define our website goals, the intended audience and the general theme of the technology. Zeux gathered detailed data from our team about the product, the market, the users personas, and other information to assemble a framework that we could then work together on to formulate the final UX structure. We shared this information over email, in documents and in numerous video calls. The communication was excellent and they listened very well to our feedback, requirements, and general guidance as to the target audience that would be visiting our site.

Approximately four people total worked with our account. The positions ranged from the Co-founder to the project manager.

The UX framework was used to develop our updated website which lunched in the early spring of 2022. We have seen an increase in average time on site as well as a better informed prospects that engage with our sales teams after visiting our website.

We had multiple meetings per week int he early stages, and then weekly as the project matured. For the meetings we mostly used Zoom with video enabled. They communicated with us mostly via email when we shared content. The team was always prepared, professional and extremely knowledgable about the UX trends in the market. If they did not have an answer to a question they would openly share that they needed to conduct additional research and wold always return with a quality response.

They were a highly qualified and professional team well versed in designing UX. The team is professional, personable and they were easy to work with throughout the process.

We build payments infrastructure globally, providing a real time cross border payments service for mobile wallets and bank accounts; as well as transaction processing, clearing and settlement services for regional and domestic faster payment systems. I am Director – PMO.

We reached out to ZEUX for multiple large scale and complex projects – Essentially ZEUX is our UX partner for all UX requirements at TerraPay.

ZEUX was referred to us by someone internally. When we connected with ZEUX – they were able to demonstrate their ability to deliver on complex and large scale UX design projects – for both B2B and B2C.

We met with several organisations in this space, had in depth meetings with each, explained our requirements, understood areas of their expertise, met their leaders, evaluated their approach, and once convinced that they were the right partners to work with we went ahead & signed up with them.

We are working on a training delivery app and had our vision of the product, its features & functionalities articulated in documents. Zeux came in at Stage 2, to design the screens from scratch. We have now moved into Phase 3 which is software development.

My company operates at the intersection of Behavioral Science and Artificial Intelligence creating chat + video based conversational infrastructure for some of the largest Financial Institutions, Govt. of India, and the United States Agency for International Development.

We were looking for a true UX Design company to evaluate & design one of our flagship products. Our goal was to get a realistic understanding of where we stand and how can we better our design for maximum impact.

We found them on Clutch. They were ranked in the top 5 and rated quite high. All their reviews were authentic & verified.

We spoke with a couple of other partners found through Clutch, however, it turned out that ZEUX was the only true UX design company at least in India and we signed up and started the project in a weeks’ time.

The team was very much capable of working in tandem with us. Not only did they give us recommendations but also went beyond to help us with the roadmap for our product which was highly appreciated.

They are genuine in their approach. If you don’t need a complete product overhaul, then they are not the kind who would push for that unnecessarily. In fact, in our case, we reached out to them for UX Redesign but they recommended that UX Audit should be good enough to give us complete clarity and make necessary changes.

We were quite happy working with them for our very first project and hoping to work on many more.
