From our first engagement, it was clear that Webisoft approached the project not as an outsourced vendor, but as a strategic collaborator. The scope of work was multifaceted. It included designing a modular blockchain architecture, implementing smart contract functionality tailored to regulatory workflows, integrating identity verification features, and ensuring data interoperability with our legacy platforms. They also led the development of a decentralized audit trail dashboard that would enable both internal teams and clients to track decisions and data movement in real time a feature that became central to our rollout.

One of the aspects that stood out was how Webisoft tackled challenges not just as developers, but as solution architects. For example, when we ran into a potential conflict between our authentication protocols and blockchain’s distributed nature, they proposed a hybrid solution combining off-chain data validation mechanisms with on-chain event logging that elegantly resolved both our compliance and performance needs. Throughout the project, their project management was tightly run without ever feeling robotic. There were two occasions where deadlines risked slipping due to scope expansion in both instances, they managed internal resources without passing the burden onto us. The launch of the mobile application significantly enhanced the accessibility and adoption of our platform, especially among younger, mobile-first candidates. Assessment completion rates improved notably, and recruiters reported greater flexibility in managing candidate progress during offsite events and job fairs. The number of support requests related to mobile issues dropped, which indicated a smoother user experience overall. We also received direct feedback from users about how much they appreciated the real-time feedback and scheduling tools, which helped streamline hiring decisions and reduce delays.

While the development process was smooth, one area that could be improved is the onboarding documentation for our third-party integration partners. Although the technical implementation on their side was clean and well-documented for internal use, some of our external partners found it a bit challenging to navigate without additional guidance. To Webisoft’s credit, once we brought this up, they responded quickly and provided customized support and walkthroughs to help close that gap. A more structured partner-facing knowledge base from the outset would have been helpful.

I’m the CTO and co-founder of Payment Labs, a payment solutions company. We focus on startups and help them deal with payout procedures involving cross-border transactions, tax compliance, financial compliance regulation, and everything in between.

We wanted to offer as different options for the payees as possible since not everyone wanted to get paid through bank transfers. Our plan was to include pre-paid debit cards, gift cards, PayPal, Venmo, or Crypto.

Webisoft helped us with blockchain development to create an onramp from Fiat to Cryptocurrency. The platform they created also allowed us to further develop more features ourselves in the future. In terms of technologies, they built the platform using Go and Python and did Node.js TypeScript coding.

The platform that Webisoft created helped us automate our processes without human intervention. It also allowed our users to select their preferred payment method. For instance, choosing Cryptocurrency gives the option to make transactions from Fiat to Bitcoin or Ethereum to receive it in their digital wallet afterward.

Webisoft's team stayed on budget and within timelines. Additionally, I could throw work at them, and they'd figure it out and take care of it because they were very proactive and responsive. Regarding tools and communication, we used Slack, email, Zoom, Google Meet, texts, Jira, and Trello — they adapted to whatever made it easier for me.

Webisoft's management and style of approaching the project were impressive. We didn't have to give them step-by-step instructions and be very detailed because they knew what to do as soon as I asked them for something.

They could allow more access to the engineering side of the project.
